Stainless steel, will not tarnish, looks great!
Purchased as gift to be used at a wedding. Needed something nice and wanted a knife that actually cuts. This will do the job. Also, wanted a set that would not tarnish after a few uses and this set is stainless steel, so it will not tarnish and can be used for years to come. Liked it so well, I bought another one for myself.

Buffett Fork, not for table service.
There are times when I needed an extra serving piece. The Lyndon Buffet Fork appeared to be what I wanted. However, when the description is Buffet I did not think in terms of such a large piece of serving flatware.I am not sure I will need it as I like using pieces for table service only. However, I must say again, that the Reed & Barton Lyndon stainless steel flatware is beautiful, regardless the size or purpose. If I do not find myself serving a buffet dinner, I have friends who do. This would be a gift that someone would easily find use for. Other than my mistake to think this fork was a bit smaller, more for table serving, the fork is beautiful, good weight and finish, as well as a nice product. I think if the information about the length of the fork had been emphasized in the description, it would have been helpful in my selection.

I already have one of these for years and bought this one as a gift for my grandson
this is the perfect spoon with spout on both sides. My grandson is quite the cook and when he was looking for a spoon of this type I was delighted to find this one as I have the exact same one and use it often

Love it!
Always needed a nice ladle for sauces and gravies...was so tired of pulling out my ugly oversized one in a pinch...so I ordered this in time for the Holidays....it is nicely made...great quality and very nice looking. Wood look great on any table and I am sure will last me the rest of my life!!! I may need to buy another one in case I have an occasion for two!

Excellent wedding set
Excellent set for weddings. Flat surfaces on the server and knife are perfect for engraving (bought set on amazon, got engraving done locally).
