Weird packaging
These crayons are great but the packaging is terrible. Why are egg shaped crayons not packaged in branded egg cartons??? Every time we use these I have to go through and fix the crayons for baby to be able to pick them up. This is definitely a minor annoyance but how did Crayola flub so badly on this??

Easy to grip
I feel like these crayons need to be every babies first. The egg shape makes it so easy for my 12 month old to grab and hold on to. Came with a good variety of colors and the packaging is great to easily store the crayons away when not in use.

Love these for the littles!
I really have enjoyed these for my 13 month to be able to grab and “use”. I think as he gets older, it’ll be better. They are great quality!

Great Adaptive Crayons
I bought these crayons to use in my classroom for some of my special education students that have fine motor skills challenges. However, everyone ended up using them because they loved being able to grasp the crayons in this way. I gave the value for money only 4 stars because the inside of the crayon is hallow and it cracked into several pieces when it rolled off a table.

Bought for a disabled child
I have twin grandkids, one of which has cerebral palsy. She still needs a little help holding these, but she does keep her hand on the crayon the whole time. Perfect product for her. She can now color along side her sister.

Crayons chip easily
As others have stated the crayons chip easily. I got a set for my daughter's toddler class and they had loads of fun with them. Her teachers said the kids spent a lot more time coloring with these versus the regular crayons. But I noticed there wad a lot of heavy chios after the first day of use.

Great idea, not the greatest execution
The colors were great and better quality than expected. It wasn't difficult for my 2 yr old to hold, but it seemed he felt awkward with its size. It's only easy to color with on a hard surface; the crayon wax is harder than usual. This prompted my son to think they were eggs he could play with and throw them like he's trying to strike out an opponent. When it hits the ground, it shatters. There were crayon pieces everywhere. They were easy to sweep up though. I think he enjoyed making them explode on our tile floor more than he liked coloring with them. They should come in a durable container, preferably keypad entry, so Mr. Fast Hands can't get a hold of them unsupervised.

Perfect for my toddler
Love these crayons they are toddler proof. They are solid and he like to spin them. The grasping of it is perfect for toddler.

Mixed up when arrived
The box isn't very sturdy so they were all over the place when they arrived. So some wax transfer onto the different colors. Doesn't matter though. My one year old isn't going to know the difference :) seem to be very durable and easy to hold!

Perfect for toddlers
So many toddler-friendly crayons do not put down much colour, unless the child can press down very hard. These eggs are great: lots of colour added to the paper, with normal pressure (even when swooping along quickly). Easy to hold and fun to store back in their 'egg crate'. A bit pricey, but compared with money I've wasted on beeswax crayons, these are value for money and should last a long time. A hit with our 18 month old.

Easy cleanup
I bought these for my 2 year old. I don’t think he understands what to do with them yet. Regardless when he does throw them around and they stain the wall it’s an easy cleanup!

Work fine, didn't use for long
These work fine. I like the concept but ultimately switched to normal crayons shortly after. Not worth the price in my opinion.
