Crayola Stamper Kit

This is an interesting and unique little art kit by Crayola. My 4 year old daughter was very excited to try it out. Included in the package:· · 9 rectangular stamps featuring the top, middle and bottom of different animals (Giraffe, lion and elephant) · One rectangle shaped ink pad · A variety of 8x10 coloring pages, crisp and white. · 8 pack of large, washable Crayola crayons in traditional colors. All items included came in great shape and are excellent quality...basically what you'd expect from a company like Crayola. The stamps are thick plastic (not rubber) and durable. Each features a different part of an animal: head, torso or feet. Kids can match them up correctly to make the animal of their choice or you can try what my daughter did and mix n match the pieces. She found it hilarious that she could have a lion's head on a giraffes body with elephant feet! Once the ink drys (fairly quickly) you can use the included crayons to color in your silly animal as well as the surrounding area. Many of the coloring sheets have other pictures to color in too. Each coloring sheet is different, no two are alike. If you wanted multiple copies you could always use a copier machine to make duplicates before coloring them. The included ink pad is great. I love that the ink washes off so easily. My daughter had some ink on her hands and it came off fast and easy with warm water and soap. The larger Crayola crayons are somewhat easier to hold, especially for younger children. Plus, they don't break as easily if you push down too hard on them. Overall, this would be a fun and exciting art set for any young, budding artist.

A good activity w/ toddlers

This box comes with: - 24 sheets for coloring and stamping - pack of 8 washable large crayons - 3 different sets of animal stamps - 1 stamp pad The stamps are broken into 3 parts: head, body and legs. You just have the kids match them up! Or if they’re being silly they’ll even match up with different body or heads. The stamps comes with a handle to help kids have a good grip. The only thing as you can see from the picture, the stamp doesn’t go on clearly. Overall, stamp is good. Good for kids as young as 2 years old. The only thing is you’ll have to replenish with the sheets or use blank ones once used all up.

A fun set that requires supervision.

Crayola has created some great sets for toddlers this year. She loves the coloring set and this one is going to make her very excited. Her big sister has a stamping kit and she's ready for her own. Good quality. We don't leave her side when the ink pad is in play.

creative fun

I didn't realize how obsessed my kids were with stamps til I gave them a go with some. It's a definitely hit with the little ones. Comes with everything you need to get started... the stamps, paper with settings, and crayons to color in the new creations. A couple things I didn't like is that the ink can be a bit messy. Kids put their hands everywhere and stamp beyond the paper. And 9 stamps might be fine for the really young ones... but the older ones desired more stamps. Many more. Recommended, overall. A fun artistic pastime that takes a break from technology! And reasonably priced.

Cute

This is something that will keep the kids busy for a while. Kids love stamps and Crayola did good with this one. There are many different creations the kids can make and express their creativity and I would recommend it for children between the ages of 4-6. The pieces are of good quality and the price is fair. 4 stars.
