Usual CB quality

So far I like it. Size is good, flow is good. Takes a bit to move enough air in larger tires. The volume/pressure knob on the bottom is easy to accidentally move from one mode to another.

Great tool- difficult at first

I had a lot of difficulty with this product at first. The instructions where not very clear as to how you where supposed to change the head to fit a presta value. This was made doubly confusing by the fact that you had to rip through the instructions in order to get the product out. Beyond this issue though, this is a great tool that is perfect for throwing in a biking bag so you can touch up where needed. If you get this product I recommend sitting down for several minutes and figuring out how to switch the heads back and forth before you try and use this.

Not the best but does the job

I used it twice for a road bike where the pressure is 70-80 psi and it did not reach the desired pressure. but for my mountain bike it is ok, you know the pressure is much less than the road bike.

Tight Fit - Works well though

This product is very good for the value, but it does not fit well onto the valve stems. Both Schrader and Presta valves fit very tightly into their respective configurations. I have to push the pump head petty harshly to get the stem far enough into the pump to actually work. This isn't terrible for Schrader valve stems, but I am afraid I will damage the Presta stems. However, when the pump is fully on, it works very well and with ease. I am sure with repeated use, the rubber opening will wear down enough to make this easier, but this is an emergency pump on my bike and won't be getting use (hopefully) very often.

Good product.

Crankbros is usually a well made product and this reams to be on par. It is great to have some volume from a small pump.

Amazing pump, read the instructions.

This pump works way better than you'd expect such a tiny thing to work. Very little effort to pump a tire up to 40 PSI. While there is no gauge, there is a distinct change in the pump sound when you hit ~40PSI, so you have some indication of when you'd need to swap to the high pressure mode. As I keep my tires around 40, I don't really need the high pressure mode, but it surely works. Read the instructions. I found it a little confusing to switch from the default Schrader mode to the Presta mode, and ended up lodging a piece in backwards. Watched a video right after and fixed it. Don't be me :) My main complaint is with the mounting bracket -- it's sturdy, but I simply wish the mount had the pump flush with the tube, rather than sticking out to one side. I have enough clearance on my Grizl to have the pump hanging off to the side, thankfully, but your bike may not be as friendly to that. I won't take off points for it, since it worked out for me, but do keep this in mind.

Used a Bunch Already

I have used this a ton already, not just for me but some buddies used and they loved it too. Fits in my Camelbak and has been a lifesaver out on the trail when I start a ride and realize my tire is way lower than I thought. Plus makes for quick trail adjustments if I aired down my last ride when it was muddy but now it is hard pack, I just pull it out and add a little in. It has high and low volume settings. I have really just used the low so far since I use it for my MTB tires, but used it once for the road bike, and worked.

Good pump

Make sure when you swap from one valve type to the other that you reverse the little cylinder shaped gasket thingy inside. Took me a while to figure that out. It's also not super easy to pull it out in order to reverse it, I find it easier to just set it to the older style Schrader valve and carry an adapter with me for my Presta valve bikes. That way I can fill all kinds of tires with it. But it does both kinds just fine.

Failed

The pump failed me by the side of the road with a puncture. If I knew how to return it via amazon I would. Avoid.

Ok for the price

Had trouble fitting it into my Presta valve and due to the pressure, I had to insert to enable adding air I kept bending the valve. Definitely, a pump with a tube attached would better for longer valves.

Excelente, modo de alta y baja presion y ambas válvulas

La bomba se puede usar para modo de volumen o de presión, en mi caso como es MTB lo tengo en volúmen, solo se gira la parte inferior y listo. También se puede cambiar para configurar presta o válvula gorda, soló que si requiere desenroscar y voltear dos adaptadores internos, no recomendaría hacer en ruta por limpieza. El peso y dimensiones excelente, trae su adaptador al marco de porta botella pero por tamaño se podria guardar en una bolsa de asiento (mediana) o hasta en jersey

Nada que ver con las bombas más económicas

La mayoría de las bombas económicas y pequeñas son casi inservibles para inflar un neumático de bicicleta mas que lo suficiente para no tener que cargarla. Esta lo hace muy bien a presiones normales y sin tanto esfuerzo. No tires el empaque, ahí están las instrucciones, pero son muy sencillas. La garantía por 5 años que ofrecen me parece importante y me da confianza de que me durará mucho tiempo. El acabado es excelente y la base la instalé sin necesidad de quitar mi porta bebidas.

Lousy Design and Inconsistent Function, Terrible Warranty Service

So I bought one of these last year and it failed within 10 months but has a 5 year warranty. I filed for warranty and am still waiting for 3 months for a replacement, so I bought another thinking I'd have one for each bike when the replacement arrives. This second purchased unit started showing issues within the first week of owning it, including pressurizing with air from the tire but not wanting to pump more in even at 20psi. After fiddling with it, I got it to work only to do the same thing the next time I went to use it. This isn't rocket science as I have a similar syle pump (Topeak) on my road bike, and never have had any issues after years of use. The other annoying thing about this pumps design, is that it comes with a mount for your bike so that its always with you, but if it rains at all while riding, this pump easily and quickly fills up with water and you have to remember to drain it out or it will just sit there inside the pump. I own a number of Crankbrother products which are fantastic but this item is a failure in my opinion after having 2 with the same sort of issues. Sending it back and buying another brand.
