Way too small!

Cute costume, but WAY smaller than expected. Package said size 8-10, however it fit more like a 4-6. My daughter was very disappointed that it needs to be returned.

Super cute costume!

My son wanted to be a shark and I like to find costumes that I can have the kids wear layers under for our chilly Nebraska fall days! This was really cute, well made (it held up great when his soccer team got to play a game in their costumes!) and received many compliments.

Nice quality

I asked my 6 year old daughter what she wanted to be for Halloween this year, and without hesitation she said, “A shark!” So where do you go to find a kid’s shark costume? Not your local Halloween store, that’s for sure. Amazon to the rescue! This is a much higher quality costume than I expected. I got the size Medium, and she normally wears size 7. It fit perfectly. It’s very soft, with a Velcro back closure and elastic at the ankles. The elastic has ridden up her legs a bit in the pictures, but I pulled the legs down before she went Trick-or-Treating and she didn’t have any further issues. The head piece is made from a thin foam material to give it a little more stiffness so it holds its shape. The dorsal and tail fin don’t stick out like they do in the picture; they tend to droop a bit. But they waggle back and forth when she walks and it’s adorable. My daughter had a blast on Halloween, singing the Jaws theme as she walked up to houses. Thanks, Amazon!

Arms and legs were short.

My son loves this costume minus the fact it is short on him. I added the picture to show how short the legs and arms were on him. He is only 5 years old and average height. we ordered the medium as everyone said to size up. But we probably should have went with the large and I could have altered it myself than for the costume to be short. But he loves it regardless so I don’t plan on returning it.

Runs small!

My son wears a size 5 and I ordered the med (size 8-10) and it JUST fits. I would say the legs are are a little short. I was hoping it would be big and he could wear it over his winter coat and it would fit for a while. Definitely order up a size, but it works and it is SO CUTE.

Cute & well made. A bit short.

This is a cute costume. I got a medium for my kid who is just going into a size 8 at 6 yo. The pants were too short. I would have ordered up a size had I known. Otherwise she loved it and so did I.

Great costume for keeping warm

This costume was great!! Was warm enough for a Wisconsin Halloween’s. We were able to but plenty of layers underneath and it was so cute! We had so many compliments!

Great costume! My son received many compliments while wearing it. It does run a bit small though. I ordered the 8-10 size (my son normally wears a 7) so it would be roomy enough for warm clothes underneath. However, it ran small and JUST fit. I'd recommend ordering up a size to be safe. Overall, well made and adorable!
