Not as described

Does not come with the duck commander band even though the picture has the band on the lanyard. Also, the product description clearly states that the band comes on the lanyard. To be fair, the lanyard will serve its purpose but both the product image and description are misleading.

It works - but there are better ones out there.

I like this Lanyard - it's okay. Now that I have hunted a while and I've been around other hunters with better lanyards - I can see where this needs improvement. The cord is too small and there are too many loops in the same bunch that can cause everything to get tangled too easily. The quality is really good which is why I give it 4 stars, however, there are better lanyards out there where the individual loops are spread out and sit on your chest spread apart so you know EXACTLY where everything is when you see ducks/geese in the distance. You can then immediately grab the correct call and start calling them in. This lanyard does the same thing, but you get a lot more tangles, causing you to fumble around with calls more. I use it as my main lanyard, but eventually I'll switch out to a better one that doesn't tangle the calls so easily.

Lanyard

A little "pricey", but of course it is "duck commander" so we pay more ..hey I did so I am far from innocent here. Despite this, it is well made, looks great and is durable and functional. Able to put four or five different duck calls on it to use or display. My son has a collection of Duck Commander duck calls, see, told you!...and is the true fan so I assume he would give it five stars but I give only 4 due to pricing versus functionality.

Great Quality and Holds a lot of Calls

I had about two calls, but with the addition of a couple new ones, I finally broke down and got this lanyard from Duck Commander. It is very well made, heavy duty and will hold more calls than you need out in the field or on the lake. Snugs up securly to the calls with just a pull and will loosen up with a little adjustment, but not accidentally. Cord should last for years and expect to perform as you would expect. I am 6'2" and it fits over my head with hat and hangs at a good distance to grab calls.

Different reason for buying...

This was purchased to hang from the handlebars of my Harley, along with a Duck Commander duck call. I don't hunt ducks, never will hunt ducks, but I firmly support other's reasons for hunting. My reason for purchasing these items was PURELY to support this family enterprise. They stand for morals and values that are so absent in our country today. This had little to do with hunting and more to do with showing my support for what THEY represent. God bless them.

Duck Commander synonymous for quality!!

Durable and holds many bird calls. Quality craftsmanship is much appreciated from the duck commander.

Not much on the comsumerism of name brands but it's a good product

I'm not all about Duck Man or Name Brand items, but this is a good lanyard, especially for a youth hunter. It does allow your calls to bang together, however.

Great, but not like picture

In the picture it has a duck commander band but when I got it it wasn’t there so I just put all my bands on it but besides that the lanyard works great. Doesn’t hurt the neck and all. Shot a ton of blue bills. I sink box hunt in Quebec on lake st pierre off the st Lawrence.
