Happy I got the longer length.
This is a really nice rope! From the curved bracket at the top to the hard rubber handles, it really first class. It's not the cheapest rope available, but its really worth it. I'm glad I got the longer length, it's much easier to do a proper pull-apart at the bottom of a pull-down. I know because I upgraded from a shorter, cheaper alternate brand.

Better than what the gym has.
One problem. If you wanna do face pulls with this attachment. The grips are really big at the bottom so its slightly annoying. Pinky finger can end up being squished against it. Other than that perfect.

Very nice
I don't like using the ropes at the PF I go to because they only have a few. I don't want to wait for a rope to become available, I want to get in and get out. This one is very easy on the hands and very well made. So far so good.

It's a great rope
I bought the longer version which in my case is more versatile. I read reviews on Tricep ropes for quite awhile before finally pulling the trigger on this one. It hasn't disappointed me yet. One caveat though I have noticed..as another reviewer did mention as well, is that the rubber stoppers can hurt your pinky finger during some movements. The flat portion of the stoppers are very supportive & I like that. But during say seated crunches your pinky can get squished a bit on that edge. But overall this doesn't detract from the ropes usefulness for me.

Overall satisfied.
After getting our new home gym organized we realized we needed a tricep rope to complete our workouts. So far we are satisfied with this item and it was a few dollars cheaper than those at Dicks Sporting Goods.

36 inches! Superior quality and rope seems like it was cut from the ones holding an Exxon Mobile Tanker at dock!
At first I was hesitant on the rope being too long at 36 inches and this meant 18 inches per side if pulled down equally on each side. I carefully measured where it would connect to my pulley. Sure enough 18 inches was perfect so I went ahead and ordered it. Amazon Prime 2 day shipping is on time as always. Upon opening it, my first impression was, "Damn, this thing is a brute!". The rope itself is solid like it was fastened from the remains of the SS Titanic or something. It's heavy and solid. I could probably use it to tow another car. The steel connector is thankfully built solid like a rock as well. Wouldn't do me any good if a heavy rope was on a flimsy connector. A review here complained of the ends not being flat and thus hurting his (her?) hands. I found the concave shape to be fine and my manly hands unaffected. If you use weight lifting gloves, I am sure your well manicured hands and nails will end up just fine. Oh, back to the length - did I say it's perfect? Vertical tricep extensions or comfortably and perfectly performed. If you have a home gym, you definitely need to get yourself the 36 inch version and nothing short. Go long but never go short.

Great product, exactly as pictured.
Great product, exactly as pictured and described. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars as my only complaint was the hole in the attachment should be bigger to except more sizes of hooks/carabiners as the larger ones on the equipment at my gym won't fit the hole. I just got a smaller size one and then hook that to the bigger ones. Would definitely recommend it!

Distinctive colour
I bought this as i got fed up walking around the gym looking for a tricep rope losing valuable training time and this was ideal for me with it's distinctive colour which can't be mistaken for the gym's own. Great price and product. I love it and i'm sure i'm the envy of my fellow gym users.

Great product!
This tricep rope is much sturdier and more robust than your regular tricep rope you see at the gym. The extra length also works great for ab. rope crunches and rope hammer curls. Wouldn’t hesitate to get again once I need it.

Very big and heavy, you may need a bigger gym bag! Solidly built and the colours are the best thing so they don't look like you're stealing gym equipment.
