Not all hardware pictured were included

The 2 tarps (18ft triangles) are good quality and the mounting rings are on the tarp already but the black ratchet straps were not included

Not water proof

Used this product to extend a patio area. Was easy to put up and appears to be holding up well. Wish that it was totally rain proof.

It's a tarp

Coolaroo window shades are thick and durable. I thought this was the same material but it's not. It's just a tarp with rings and hanging hardware.

Missing hardware

Hardware included as depicted on this advertisement, when I received the package it did NOT have the two black tie downs. How can I get them since it said it was included??

Perfect for your patio

We needed a shade we could put out only on those really hot 85+degree days. This worked perfectly and is porous, so the wind won't take it (unless gale force) and rain will come through, vs pooling and causing a collapse. Well made and very durable. Highly recommended.

Coolaroo quality

Coolaroo quality with modern material. Had one from 12 years ago. This is lighter and easier to work with. The old one moulded, this one is a material that breathes better in my opinion

Simple Effective Solution

Bought 3 of these 12'. Attached to 5 free-standing poles. Shade is welcome in Arizona summers. Good quality at a fair price.

12' isn't as big as you might think

So far this is working out well. We had to cut down a tree that shaded the west side of the house- It's only been up for a couple months, but it's holding it's color, water doesn't 'stand' in it when it rains, it can drain well enough. it's not 'shredding' or anything crazy. I wish I had gone larger than I did though.
