Exactly what I needed!

This plug, along with its other half, allowed me to create a removable "shore power" cord for my truck camper. Saves trying to stuff a cold, stiff power cord back into a storage cubby. Install was easy. Very happy with this purchase!

Good Solid Plug

Used this to modify a 4-wire generator cord to plug into a 3-way outlet on my generator. This plug is solid, with robust connectors inside. I am especially impressed with the wedge-type seal that solidly clamps the cord to the plug. Of course, like any plug that is not moulded with the cord in a factory, there are the 3 assembly screws on the "prong" side. I put a little bit of vaseline around that end when assembling to keep dampness out.

Good connector, needed some tweaking

Good quality plugs, accepts gauge 10, any less will be loose, works well when properly assembled, mine came with warped connectors, but took some trial and error to straighten, once past that works OK

Replaced a molded plug on a marine extension cord that was damaged. Saved a lot of money over a whole new cord. Very well constructed and easy to connect the heavy wires. Excellent strain relief.
