Really neat cooler backpack! Great for tons of uses! Awesome Delivery Bag!
I bought this a while back and have used it a good amount! Great for taking to the beach, festivals, fairs, fishing, wherever! It looks just like a normal backpack. It is said to be waterproof. For me it has been. I've read some reviews that it seems people put ice directly into the backpack. I wouldn't recommend that. Ice packs are a thing of the past as well (but they work if that's what you want to use). I find just putting a couple frozen water bottles in keeps everything inside cool all day! The cooler has plenty of space for 2 to 4 people (of course it depends on the food and drink items you want to bring). I usually use the large pocket for the cooler space, and the smaller outer pocket for holding other items I want to bring along (keys, sunscreen, bug spray, etc.). It also keeps things hot. I do some food delivery and when I have to walk far (like instead of delivering to a house, but delivering to the 10th floor of some big building) this makes it easy to carry and have my hands free. Overall, a very useful thing to have!

everything you need in a cooler backpack
I have many backpacks, but this is my first cooler backpack. I love it. Pros: • Easy washable material. I got it soaked in river water and it cleaned up nicely with a damp sponge. • Nice zippers, open and close without issue. • Front bungee cord seems useful and cinches up pretty tightly. • Straps are thick and comfy and fit well on me (5’11” 200lbs) • Mostly waterproof. I had this fastened down to my kayak which rolled in a river. Later upon getting back to shore I noticed only a little bit of water had entered the bag. I knew it wasn’t supposed to be waterproof, but it’s pretty darn close to it. • It kept my stuff cold. I did not check temps, I did not evaluate scientifically – I just used the backpack every day for a week during a beach vacation. • 2 main areas to hold stuff are fine for what I need. (1 main and 1 front small pocket) • 2 side water bottle pockets are great, too. Held a large bottle of sunscreen and a med bottle of bug spray just fine. I never put water bottle in them. • The silver lined insulation is pretty thick – thicker than any of the lunch bags, boxes, etc. that I have for my kids. • Note: first time using it was for 5 straight days of beach use at 86F+ temps: I usually put 3 bottles of water, 4 cans of soda, a packable beach blanket (think parachute material), 1 2.5lb Arctic Ice Chillin Brew Series Reusable Cooler Pack and a few other items in the large pocket with my phone, charger, wallet in the smaller pocket. Both pockets had room to spare. Whenever I first checked email (was on vacation) for the day I took out my glasses and phone and both were so cold condensation appeared! Drinks were always cold. The Arctic Ice Chillin Brew Series Reusable Cooler Pack partially melted after the full day. Every night around 6PM I would empty my backpack at the house, and any leftover drinks and the ice pack were still cold. Love this backpack. This is just normal use, no tests, no thermometers. BTW I saw this bag’s review from someone who used it a Disney World I can totally see myself taking this to theme parks, cruises (updated: 6/24: has been to Disney World and a Disney Cruise now still awesone!), etc. awesome. Cons: • The handle is a bit thin, I wish it was thicker or covered with plastic/foam of some sort. • I don’t like the waist belt and I don’t use it. Wish there was a way to remove it and reattach when I needed it. • Zippers aren’t waterproof, but they are close. The 4-minute river submersion only yielded a little bit of water (less than an ounce for sure.) Overall, I highly recommend this backpack. TIP - One new thing: I now use this backpack on every vacation. I fill it up with the normal stuff I would put in my backpack while on the plane using a large grid-it organizer – action cams, chargers, cables, gadgets and gear all fit into the grid-it, then I slide the grid-it into the back pack. Once at the vacation spot, the grid it goes into a drawer in the room and the backpack is used daily as a cooler and carry-all for the day. Love it. I just need another family member to carry one too so we can double the amount of drinks/snacks! 5/11/2020. Removed 1 star. I use more frequently during the summer, but recently took it to the mountains for a weekend. I stuffed a thin hoodie into the outside stretchable straps and 2 of the strap holders pulled loose from the backpack. The rest of the backpack is in great shape, but this failure makes it look a little odd. That's too bad.

Does what it was designed to do
Long story short, would purchase again This was purchased to bring on a week long trip to Disney. It was on the colder side most days, so that is something to think about. That being said, the bag did what it was designed to do. We had one frozen bottle of water and that kept all the food items, and drinks cold for a 12hr day. Usually the ice bottle still had ice by the end of the day. It obviously will only keep things cold if you leave the bag closed, so watch out for the kids leaving it open. It is not 100% leak proof, but damn close. The only time I had a problem is when one of the kids didn't close a 32oz H20 bottle and it leaked water into the bag. We just dumped what water was left in the bag out and hung it up to dry over night. This was at the end of the day on the bus, but I'm sure you would notice while carrying it. I used it as my main work bag now just because it was my carry on when we came home. I have had many packs over the years from book bags to tactical and this is just a solid bag with the added advantage of being insulated. A few cons: -Really could use a chest strap, with walking all day your shoulders could get tired as the bag wants to slide when loaded. Tightening the straps helps but a chest strap would be great. -there isn't a ton of room inside, I was packing for 3 adults and 3 children ages 9, 5, and 2. That being said it would be perfect for a couple of an individual. I wasn't expecting there to beat ton of room, but you may feel it is a bit smaller than you thought. As long as you pack smart you'll be fine. That's really the only problems I had. Hope the information was useful.

Love it
I placed a frozen bottle of water in there, and it was still half frozen after 24hrs, and still cold after 48hrs. It kept my food cold for the 24hrs too. Took it hiking for 4hrs and was comfortable to wear, until I stuffed it full with my jacket, then it became a bit uncomfortable. Has waist clip. I love it overall.

Great for cycling/work lunch
Bought this to bring lunch to work when I cycle there. Today's the first day using it, but it fits well (I’m 6’7” and 300lbs, so there’s lots of strap slack for more average-sized people). Likely won’t keep stuff super cold as a styrofoam/plastic cooler would, but it’s nice and portable. It has netting on the sides that’s good for a water bottle or small coffee thermos. Good so far!

Chuck Norris is this bag!!!!!
This bag is bad ass, I used to carry a cooler on site the only benefit I got from lugging around that heavy piece of junk is that I made a chair when I had to sit from carrying it. This bag is way better, I can just throw it on my back and climb a ladder no need to tie a rope and pull it up. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that it could be a little better insulated to keep things cold longer but still the better option.

Hiking / Picnicking
I purchased this for short hikes to our picnic spots. It worked perfectly. I have now used it to transport food to parties. I have filled it with ice and cold beverages and let it sit in the vehicle while we hiked. It was great to have cold fresh water waiting after a hike. I have used it to pack cold beverages to the beach.
