It works!
I bought this with some hesitation. "As Seen on TV" doesn't usually work out for me. There were enough negative reviews to make me even more leery. But I decided that I could afford to take the chance since the price wasn't too high. After several months of use, I have to say it has absolutely helped! I went from 38 waist (and growing) to 34. To be honest, I also changed my diet. No doubt that has had a larger effect. But I stopped wearing the belt a little over a month ago and continued eating the same way. (If anything, I'm eating a little less of the fattening stuff than I was.) Yet those 34 pants have become a little more snug. I can still get them on without a struggle, but I've found they're a bit tighter than they were just a month ago despite losing 3 more pounds. So I put the belt back on yesterday and will keep using it. Because I know for sure it works for me! My one complaint, and maybe that's my own fault. is that there's a seam sewn in at the edge of the velcro, right next to the brand logo, that's pulling apart. I might be able to repair it myself. But I'm going to buy another belt later this week or next because it's cheap enough, and I know for sure it's a great deal in my eyes!!

Wide comfort, adjustments and not too bulky
I walk three X's each week and set aside about 15 minutes for stretches and exercises. I sought out a belt to help cut down on belly fat since I work hard to stay in shape for my health and joints. I have three separate floor exercises specific for my waist and abs. I wrap this around my waist every time I walk and have not noticed much of a significant difference - maybe a quarter of an inch. I have used this for a few months now so this is enough time to notice a reduction in the waist. Made well, comfortable, good support and a good price.

I have been buying this brand for a long time and I won't switch. I bought from another website and received a knockoff so I'm staying with Amazon. I'm a nurse and have a very physical job. Not only does this belly band help me sweat and help keep my waistline but it's super comfortable and offers great support at the same time while I have a lot of flexibility. Updated version I just received on Amazon is even better quality. It does have a little bit of a chemical smell, small sacrifice for how much I love it.. so I left it outside overnight I can also wash it on gentle in a wash net bag and hang dry. Or hand wash in shower or sink with soap! Exactly what I needed. For me, personally it works!

It’s simple.
I remember buying one of these in the past, the current version seems to be of lower quality. Makes you wonder if they purposefully spending less on manufacturing in order to increase profit. Will likely choose alternate brand in the future - but is satisfactory for use until I wear out the Velcro again. I’m a slim guy, but like the extra sweat factor… but not sure if it actually burns more fat… I use it almost daily during 3 to 5 mile morning jog… I think it worked better in the past, just like my metabolism.

It's supposed to be comfortable, not tight
OMG, OMG, OMG- THIS REALLY WORKS!! As in "same day" works. The first evening I got it, I wore it approximatly 4 hours and when I took it off I could not belive how I already looked skinnier. Seriously. I've been excersing 5 days a week for a over a year and have not gotten nearly this much result. I only wear this around the house, and if it is starting to get sweaty I take it off, or readjust it so it's not so tight. It's supposed to be comfortable, not tight. I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS 6 DAYS, and I look awesome. Sometimes I wear it at night while I sleep if I think of it, if I get too hot I take if off in the middle of the night. I LOVE THIS THING. I take it off if it starts to get sweaty, so I haven't had a reason to wash it. I'm not using it to sweat in, just doing my thing around the house as a stay at home mom, and it works! You could easily just wear it around the house in the evenings (or nights) too and get results though. This is a miracle, my waist & belly & love handles don't look like I've had 3 kids anymore. I never thought this would happen. If you're a taller person, you could easily buy 2 of these to get results on the top of your belly/lovehandles, and also on your lowerbelly at the same time! Update: after 3 months of wearing this around the house and loving it, I've started up at the gym again and wear it there- awesome results if you do that- particularly the next morning when you wake up. I'm showing and telling people about it every time I go to the gym- I can't help but share the good news since it really works!! I put duct tape on the tiny tear it got on the inner lining. ;o) I don't care if it wore out and I had to buy a new one every month- because it's cheap for something that makes such a big change!

Oh yeah this baby works just fine. No, no sarcasm here. Seriously, well made, expands a little, not suffocating and does help the back out as well, which was another reason I got this belt. I have read where people were comforted in front as well as back and I wanted to really get this thing to see if they were right and you know what, they are. So I finally broke down and purchased this Belly Burner Belt and I couldn't be happier. Yes, I am looking to take off inches on my waistline, but what it does already as far as comfort and feeling good; is helping me feel positive and energized, then I believe it is already a success. Either that or I took too many psych meds today? Nah, that's not it, cause I'm really hard to please when I buy things I don't touch first cause the disappointment is sometimes too much to bare, but no, all is good here, I think... no I'm kidding, it's good, we're all good here. OK, where was I? Oh yeah former Belly Bucking Champion here, so.... I liked it so much I got two, one for me and one for my lady for Mother's Day. Ain't I nice. What a great present this will be. Last time I gave a significant other this type of self-care product was the Epi-Lady to a girlfriend over twenty years ago. Great product, other than the fact is that it would pull the hair instead of cutting it when using it, even on the sensitive areas. Don't know what happened with that relationship?
