High-Quality and Excellent Functionality
I carry a full-steel 1911 all day with spare mags and other equipment -my belt has to be able to carry lots of weight all day and not have any sag, stretch, or give. This belt ensures everything stays where it should and unlike some other "riggers" belts out there, this one is a real riggers belt you could put your life to if you are going to rappel or rock-climb. The carabiner loop is well-made and allows for reliable carabiner storage and a reliable load-bearing link-up if needed. The material is high-quality and heavily-stitched and the steel buckle is also quality-made and sturdy. Probably the biggest selling point of the belt is you have heavy load capacity (~4,000 lbs!) but you can quickly disconnect the belt whenever you need to, making things easy and reliable. I had to tow a buddy's car several hundred yards down the road one day so I took off the belt and hitched it up -probably not recommended by the manufacturer but it worked flawlessly and the belt took no damage and didn't stretch at all. This belt is heavy-duty to say the least. The only considerations you should know: First, changing the belt from one pair of pants to another takes a couple minutes because you have to take the free-end buckle off the belt and re-feed the belt into the new pants, and re-secure the buckle. This is a minor inconvenience that all true rigger's belts suffer from, so it shouldn't come as a surprise. Secondly and most importantly, you need to make sure you order the right size. I actually ordered this belt to replace my original Fusion I had ordered because I lost a lot of weight and my larger Fusion belt would no longer properly work with my smaller waist, so I ordered this one to replace it. The velcro is nice, but you absolutely have to make sure you order the right size for how many inches your waist is -go ahead and bust out the measuring tape and measure your waist before you order one just to do a final double-check. If it's the right size, you'll love this belt and it'll do you well!

Outstanding Belt
I bought this belt after not being happy with my current setup. I work patrol and had an inner Velcro belt for my duty belt that was terrible. It was this and my belt would say and the Velcro inner belt was causing me to constantly adjust. Fast forward to other officers telling me about cobra belts. They seemed like a feasible option but with prices reaching $125 for some I thought no way. Fast forward again to me finding this Fusion belt. I thought, why not? $25, made in the USA, and all the reviews seem great, I'll give it a shot. I've had the belt now for a couple of weeks and wow. It's incredibly sturdy. The cobra clip took a little getting use to but now it's a breeze. The construction of the whole belt just screams QUALITY! Fusion did a fantastic job on this belt. The other plus? No sag and it's kept my stuff in place. No more constant adjusting and shifting my belt. I would use it as my main belt but it's a hassle taking off gear and putting it back on. My only gripe about the belt, and it's no fault of the belt, is that I can't weave it through my belt loops because the buckle is too big. Not a terrible thing, just a minor gripe. Other than that, great belt, great construction, great quality. I recommend it to other patrol guys and people who want a great belt! Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!!

I thought I'd love this, but I just like it
Well, I thought I'd love this, but I just like it. The belt itself is amazing -- very well made. I actually got a 2nd one as the first one was a bit too big. The buckle is the challenge for me -- I feel like it might accidentally open. Now for that to happen it would need to be pressed in two spots (top and bottom) and I actually made it happen. The actual buckle seems so solid that I'll still use it, but not for the reason purchased.

good quality without the ridiculous price. made in 'merica
nice belt indeed, and a great price as well. the belt is double layered from the carabiner loop end all the way til the loop material stops, then gives you a good 10-12 inches of single layer webbing with the last 5 or so inches of hook material. that construction gives plenty of sturdiness, yet lots of room for adjustment in size. i got the size small 28-33 and the end of the belt wraps to a bit past the side of my hip. i havent measured my waist, but i usually wear 32" pants comfortably (where i dont really need a belt, but it helps) i use this belt for work, carrying a full size pistol, baton, cuffs, and 2 spare mags. comfortable all day long for 12 hours at a time, and im not itching to take it off when i get home. it seems that the carabiner loop is always right inside my front right belt loop, but i dont care, and if i ever need to use it i can just rotate the belt an inch or so in either direction.

Great when using a belt pad
I am extremely pleased with this belt. After using standard riggers belts for years, and seeing others able to put on and take off their gear quickly with a Cobra buckle belt, I decided to pull the trigger and pick one up myself. The belt is stiff, which prevents my drop leg holster from sagging down my thigh over time. Running the belt through pants or a belt pad is done exactly as it is with any other riggers belt. The benefit of the cobra buckle, however, is the ability to easily undo the belt without having to re-tighten afterwards. This is especially useful if you have gear that obstructs easily adjusting the belt, or if the belt bears a bit of weight, as both make on the fly adjustments difficult. It is a huge time saver, and ensures my pistol belt has the same tight fit every time I buckle it, all day long.

great alternative
Great item! I dislike the issue belts as the buckle seems to slip on the nylon material sooner or later. This uses a combination buckle and velcro strip to keep a firm grip, one that is released with just two small levers. I just wish that the width of the belt was slightly less to make it easier to move the velcro strip through the loops.

Great belt
The second time I’ve bought this belt in the past four years. Nothing is wrong with the first belt, I just wanted two belts so I wouldn’t have to swap the belt onto different pants as much when I use different uniforms

Good belt .. sturdy buckle
Very stiff as previously described when its first used .. I'm 2 weeks in and it's starting to loosen up. Buckle and velcro is very sturdy. Only complaint is that you cannot loop it through medic pants belt loops with the buckle attachment on .. too big to fit through the loops .. I have to remove the buckle everytime I put it on or take it off.

Really sturdy and convenient.
Really sturdy construction and materials. Will last for a longer time than leather for sure. Buckle works great and is convenient. Awesome product for the price...

Incómodo.
Es muy gruesa y eso la hace poco flexible e incomoda. Además falta agregar la distancia de la ebilla.
