Color is a bit hard to guage.

The 'tan' photo looks identical to the 'khaki' photo. Having chosen the tan and received it, I would probably have preferred the khaki, the one I received as 'tan' looks more gold-tinted than I expected.

Wish I had found these 45 years ago

I first discovered this style of strap back in the 70s, when I bought some compression straps at an outdoor supply store to use with camping & hiking gear. Since then I've found other uses for them, such as lashing things onto my bicycle or as a belt for my pants. But the ones you buy at the store are limited to a few specific lengths, widths, and thicknesses. They're also limited in colors. And the buckles aren't always what you want. Most importantly, they're expensive. Very expensive. By getting these, you can cut the exact length and use your own choice of separately purchased buckles. The width and thickness are fixed but are right for most common needs (and there are other brands available if you need something different). The quality is first-rate (and I am a hardcore quality-over-quantity type of person). I absolutely love the color options. And even after adding the buckles, the cost is a fraction of what you pay at a store for pre-made, pre-cut straps. I've bought several rolls and will likely buy more.

Too heavy

I ordered this because it did not state that it was heavy duty. I have purchased this before but realized it said heavy duty. I use this to make dog collars and it is way too heavy to used with the buckle for the collar. If you need a heavy piece of nylon webbing I would highly recommend this. The price was very good for the amount you get. Very nice quality and super fast shipping

Indeed soft and definitely not for heavy use.

So I have no doubt about their tensile strength and such, but it does not appear that much better than a poly strap. It is extremely soft and pliable, it is very easy on skin , thus I would not say it has much use for packs, bags or belts.

quality product

I was not expecting it to be as thick as it is. Nice and strong, heavy duty feel. I was also not expecting it to have the soft feel. Other webbing I have purchased has been thin with a firm, plastic feel. I was pleasantly surprised that this company's webbing is so much better and really what I've been looking for.

High quality worth the money

The quality is excellent, no nonsense it is what they advertise. Also unlike other companies that cheap out on the last couple of inches and rounding up the length, they actually give a few inches extra!! Overall very happy with this product
