Works immediately!

Small garden ponds are often difficult to keep looking like a cool, clear pool of water. Even though I have two filters and an aerator stone, my water is never completely clear. After winter (mine is pretty mild) it takes a while for the plant life to recover and begin to help remove excess nutrients from the water. Because of that, your pool may have cloudiness and algal bloom, making it difficult to see your fish or turtles. Two weeks ago I used an algicide. Last night at 11PM I added the correct amount of this product. By 11AM this morning the water was the clearest that it has ever been. I was absolutely amazed. Apparently it aggregates the pollutants into larger clumps (although still tiny), so that your filter materials can catch the resulting clumps rather than the debris filtering through to cloud the water again. It works!

Works to clear up pond water

Poured into small gold fish pond (approx 500 gal) and algae and gunk be an clumping and filter was able to clean out pond water in 2 days

100 Gallon Cleared in 2 Applications

I had some cloudy water in my tank which I usually just do a few water changes to remedy. The cloudiness got worse with each change (bacteria bloom). So I gave this a shot and after two applications (per the directions), I had a clear tank again. I use pond care products for my aquarium as its 400 liters and products marketed for aquarium use are much more diluted and about the same price. I recommend this and would use it again if needed.

Have had are pond and seven koi fish for seven years, have never lost any. After using this 2 days later all seven koi fish died.

Works if you follow instructions

If you follow the instructions and the quantity required, it works well. It works by bonding the suspended particles that cause the water to look merky together, then settling that mass on the bottom of the pond. It doesn't get rid of it, just causes it to settle thereby making your water look clearer.

It does not clear very well

I ordered this product because of Covid. It did not clear nearly as well that I used to pick up from the pond supply store in town. Even when I used twice as much.

Didn't help our pond one bit

Didn't help our pond, we poured half a bottle and no effect and tried again a week later and still nothing. Our pond is still brown and murky

This product cleared up our pond in 24 hours

This was the first product we used to clear up the murkiness in our pond and it worked great. I recommend using two applications a few days apart if your pond has a lot of suspended particles making it hard to see the bottom of the pond.

Thought it was pond clarifier but I got water clarifier

Iponds has a different product called pond clarifier wich is what I thought I was ordering and it is barley based. This is water clarifier wich is polymer based wich I can't use.
