IT WORKS WELL

DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE (BUT WE MADE IT) WORKS WELL FOR THE 2 OF US. WE ARE NOT SORRY THAT WE BOUGHT IT--HAD ACOUPLE OF BURGERS SPO FAR AND A COUPLE OF STEAKS AND THEY WERE OK!

Nicely made, good looking grill

The grill was well packed and arrived in good condition. The stainless steel has a nice quality look to it. I like the compact dimensions that are in scale with my small patio, the fold down side shelves are convenient to use and the fact that they fold down is a nice space savings. I would say that lack of even heat distribution is it’s biggest downfall and the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars. The way the burners are designed , the front of the grill has a hot spot because the flame is exposed in the front. But having said that , for my small needs it’s fine, I don’t have a lot of items on the grill at one time and I just position them more to the rear. Be sure to buy a nice cover for it too, to keep it clean and looking nice!

Better than those $99 grills

This grill looks nice and was relatively easy to assemble, about a bit less than 2 hours, solo. Love that my propane tank is concealed, and love those fold-down shelves, making it compact on my patio when not in use. The caster wheels are a bit small, making it a tad tricky to roll around, but they have a handy locking feature on 2 of them keeping the grill in place where you put it. Love the built in thermometer, and it seems pretty accurate too. But it doesn't go high enough, not the gage, but the grill itself does not get super hot. The two rail type burners seem to flame higher towards the front, so if you want to broil steaks you gotta keep 'em towards the front of the grill. If this thing went 50 degrees hotter, consistently over the entire cooking area, it would be a PERFECT grill. But, on the bright side, for the price, it offers good value and looks like something that will outlast those cheapos by a few years. Maybe if I were to open up those gasholes with a slightly larger drill I could up the performance more to my satisfaction.

Burns are okay cross over gas pipe has a lot of flame at each end kinda feels unnecessary

Great small gas grill

We wanted a grill, but we didn't need (or want) a huge grill that would take up a lot of space on our rather small deck. Ironically, the less expensive grill were all huge. Finding this one required a lot of sitting and reading ALL the specs, especially (I almost bought the wrong one) including how much heat it produces. The grill has a lot of cool spots, but so do most gas grills -- even very expensive ones. For our needs -- three people, sometimes four -- it's just fine. Small -- and the wings fold down to make it even smaller -- yet it has more than enough room for burgers, hotdogs, chicken, etc. to feed three to four grownups. No wasted space, either. Absolutely spend the money on a good quality cover! It doesn't come with a cover, but it makes a big difference is the longevity of the unit. Especially if you are going to leave it out in the winter in a location with a lot of snow.

Char-Broil 463660421 Performance

My old 4 burner Char-broil grill of 15+ years rusted out. So I wanted a smaller grill for 3 or 4 people and I found this grill. It was easy to setup and cooks really well and it’s stainless steal so I’m hoping it lasts. The bottom of the fire box is removable which makes it easier to clean. You can also use aluminum foil on the button of the burners for easy clean up. So far I’m very impressed with this little grill. It’s also lights up well and the side trays fold down which are also made of stainless. I would highly recommend this grill to anyone looking for a great little grill. A++ in my book…

Broken grate, but easy process for replacement

I wasn't sure about this grill when I ordered it, but I really like it now that I've used it several times. The installation wasn't too bad and instructions were easy to follow. Seems sturdy. I like the ignition button with battery inside it. I also like the fold down shelves. Fits perfectly on our small deck outside our kitchen. There are four of us and it's plenty for our needs. The large grate was broken in shipping. I went to their website and registered the warranty. Once registered, I ordered a replacement grid which was very easy. Arrived about 4-5 days later. Very easy and no hassle. Bought a grill cover for it as well. I would recommend.

Good quality BBQ

Good quality components at reasonable price. Prompt shipping. Assembly instructions were detailed and generally clear. I think hardware components such as screws and bolts could be labeled a bit more clearly but I think I figured the system out eventually. Securing the metal bracket with metal propane tubing should be done in an earlier assembly step. As it is, I found it was hard to reach with other components already in place and finally had to just tighten the two retainer screws by holding screw bits in my fingers and turning, lacking space to use even a stubby screwdriver in the spot. All finally came out ok and it looks impressive and fired right up with electronic igniter. Also, need to push front cabinet door up during final assembly since top hinge has a spring to push upward.

Disappointed. It serves it's basic function.

It's easy to put together for the most part a big failure is that it isn't very clear on installing as well as dsnt give you an installation tool. Also the material isn't very strong or durable. I can't put the side panels on for some reason the wings won't fit it seems like they are to wide to fit on the BBQ itself. I don't think not having a collapsible side surface is a deal breaker. I won't return it because it does serve its primary function. Also the ignition has no one to install the battery. They gave a battery but the Installation instructions do not give a way to install the battery. From what I can see There is now way to install it without completely taking apart the BBQ or damaging it. Once again not a deal Breaker BBQ lighters come pretty cheap but still why have it. May e I'm missing something. Honestly I bought it for 325$ CND I would not recommend this BBQ. I'd gladly pay a little more for a proper BBQ this is not that great. I bought a BBQ from Home Depot 4 years ago for 250$ and it was much better. I bought this because I moved and needed a smaller BBQ. I thought this would be perfect. I'm going to try and get the side tables on hopefully I can figure it out. If you don't care about details and only want a BBQ to grill on then I guess this will do. Overall Disappointed. Next time I'll buy in store.
