A Redo of a Great Retro Toy
I love buying retro toys for my daughter. Who doesn't remember Pogo Balls from their childhood? This was one of her most favorite Christmas presents. Its too bad we live in the Northeast, so she has been restricted to using it indoors. Its a great toy, the only problem is you have to inflate the ball yourself, and set the grooves between the platform before inflation. Often times when she is jumping, the balls grooves slip out of place and you have to readjust it. Otherwise this is a good fun toy.

My 7 year old loves this toy. I used to have one when I was her age! I loved it! There are 2 problems, I see....one is it is a drage to get it unflated! Also, the ring part slipped off the ball, so now we have to deflate the ball, put the platform on again and inflate the ball. Just a bother for me. I feel like the quality is off from when I was a child because I jumped on it all day and night and the ring never moved. Also, some reviewers said you can not get off the floor, that is not true. I am over the weight limit and I can off the floor at least 5 inches. Children can definitely do tricks and get some air if they practice!

Just like the 80's POGO BALL
I was very hesitant buying this because of some reviews I read, but those reviews did not come true in my experience. The ball does come deflated to you have to inflate it and put the ring on it which was very easy. We have had this for 3 months now and the ring has yet to come off as stated in other reviews I had read. My daghter loves it and I like it too for fun and fitness. I'm 115lbs and the ring doesn't even flex, my husband who is well built and 215lbs can do it to and the ring hasn't broke yet and honestly I thought it would but it hasn't so I'm wondering if the people that wrote that the ring falls off just didn't inflate it correctly. It's great for kids and adults for fun and exercise. Unfortunately at the time I bought it, it only came in the yellow and blue, but that really wasn't a big deal, I really just wanted to show my daughter one of the cool toys I used to play with and even though it's not the REAL Pogo Ball, it's close enough!

Needs a Pump!
Review #1: This item arrives deflated and requires a ball pump with needle. I'll re-review once i acquire a pump and inflate this thing. Review #2: The pump arrived and this item is very easy to inflate. I found no weight limit online or with the packaging, but it is definitely designed for children. It doesn't work at all for adults. The platform is made of plastic and will actually slip off of the inflated section when an adult attempts to stand on it. Children have fun balancing, but have trouble trying to bounce.

I had one of these when I was kid back in the 80's. Remembering how much fun I had on mine I decided to buy two of these last Christmas for my then 7 year old and 9 year old. They loved them! They are great exercise and have held up well. They are still bouncing on them almost a year later. One kid is 100 lbs and the other almost 80 and they seem to hold up fine against their weight. They are not big and clunky like a trampoline and in our house we store them in the bottom of the kids closets. They will give the kids blisters (I ended up my fair share of blisters too), but if they wear socks when bouncing on it will minimize that some. Tons of fun and great exercise! I wish they had more colors available though so we can tell who's is who's.

Disappointed
Came un-inflated with no box. Disappointing to give as a gift. But seemed to work. Don't expect to give this as a "wow" gift, you have to have a pump and put it together first

Very hard to do!
very hard for my 8-year-old and my 4-year-old. Difficult to get it going the right way. It popped out twice before we got it in the right way (I.Q. test!!!). Hard to balace on. And hard to bounce on. Even when it's pumped up a lot. I got this instead of a pogo stick because I read that it was easier/better. But I really don't like it.
