crab pot strainer

Made in China

I try to avoid products made in China and if I would have known up front, I would not have bought it. It is very lightweight and is not heavy gauge aluminum but it does get the job done. The handle will not hold itself up but tends to fall into the pot. Be ready for hot hands but it does work and fits my 20 quart pot.

Perfect!

I purchased it to go into my 80qt stock pot that I couldn’t find one at the store. I was hesitant cause some stuff won’t fit from other places. But couldn’t pass up the price. It worked out perfectly! Now it’s easier to do my crab boils

Will make me a happy Canner

Perfect size for my canning pot- to blanch tomatoes etc! Fit was perfect for my pot. Quality high gauge metal is and much better than strainers I’ve seen in I stores. The handle is very sturdy and almost as round as a pencil which makes lifting a heavy load much more comfortable, and top rim of strainer is rolled to keep from exposing sharp edges. I really appreciated that it has dimples on the bottom to keep it raised off the bottom of the cook pot so I don’t have to use a trivet. This strainer exceeded my expectations with quality materials, ease of use and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend it!

20 quart aluminum basket

Purchased this for my 24 quart stainless stock pot. Fits perfectly - it sits down in the pot with about 5" to the top. My stock pot is tall. I use the basket for mini stove top boils. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Very happy with the quality and the price

Not as thick as I had expected but works perfectly for making soup stock (and I am sure making pasta as well). Very happy with the quality and the price. I got it to go inside "Cuisinox Gourmet 20-Quart Covered Stock Pot, Silver" and it works perfectly with it. Very happy with it.
