Far exceeded our expectations!
We are incredibly pleased with this set! As an off-brand product, I was expecting some quality issues but I don’t see any at all. All pieces were included (plus some extras), everything fit together well, and assembly was a little tricky but my 8yo was able to do it all himself — including snapping in all the rail connectors — aside from the very last step of cutting the rails to fit (a little nerve wracking to do that since if you cut it too short you are in trouble but I was careful and it turned out fine). The ride is very smooth (rail system works great!), our Lego minifigs snap in to ride, and the chain mechanism works to catch the cars and pull them up the hill without a hitch. It’s incredibly satisfying to play with and well worth the price. Highly recommend!

Missing/Unusable Parts
This product was purchased used but should never have been sold at all because it was missing pieces and the tracks had been cut too short so it could not be put together. My son was building this model for a school project and it was unusable so he was very disappointed. Luckily I was able to contact the manufacturer who was very helpful and sent us new tracks. I think the product itself is great but products with missing parts should not be offered for sale by Amazon.

Very Nice!
My grandsons like to make a diorama every time they visit me and my youngest wanted a "working" roller coaster. He just turned 10 in June and he put this together without help UNTIL he got to the rails the roller coaster travels on. I had to use a pair jewelry pliers to get them on. It was tough! You MUST add the extra rail braces (shaped like short black "Ys", in between the braces that fit on the blocks. They keep the rails lined up. ALSO, you really need to get the link belt TIGHT! We added lights, made a water feature, my grandson painted a watercolor mural for the back and sides, he made a tree and we added lights to it in the center, and then I reworked a cardboard box which I lined with felt/faux leather, and the watercolor murals. I seamed it with Velcro so it closes up into an easy to transport box. The coaster is easy to operate without issue IF you get the link belt tight.

Happy kid
My son was super excited about this set. It was a great compromise for us because he really wants the Lego branded version that is just a little outside the budget. Was not super easy to assemble but my 7 year old was able to do it with my help (a considerable amount of my help) it works great and he enjoys playing with it. It's a rare set that we keep assembled.

Really cool roller coaster
My 12 year old son loves Legos and building sets. We bought this set for his 12th birthday and it did not disappoint! The good: First, the set came well organized in bags. When assembled, it's very sturdy. The X supports were molded so it was pretty easy to assemble (a plus and a minus) - he assembled the entire set in a few hours. The coaster actually works as it is supposed to - and it's a smooth ride! It looks like a real coaster! The not as good: The instructions were not the best but he's built many sets and was able to figure it out. We were missing one piece but he was able to find a replacement in his spare Legos. The set didn't come with any figures, however, the Lego figures he has from other sets fit in the cars. The Cyclone sign is pretty plain - could have been much nicer. It would be good if it had a realistic loading area or more details in the scene. Overall, this is a great set and a fun way for someone to spend time building.

Super FUN TO BUILD!!! Peices attach very well!!!
First review on Amazon for me. First of I was a bit sceptical buying an off brand lego but I must say I've built alot of lego and technic sets and by far this build was super fun. The instructions weren't as clear as lego but it's definetly manageable nothing to crazy. Also really impressed that the pieces actually stick together and hold. I was able to pick up the whole coaster after building it. I attached a custom motor holder to the back with authentic lego peices and they stuck really well. Very easy to attach the power functions motor just needed to build a small support to hold it. Over all I gotta say super impressed for non lego product. Kids around the house love it and even debating to buy another set just to expand. At 100 bucks I would definetly buy 2 or 3 sets. But at 120 130 is a very reasonable price. Best not lego set no doubt about it!!! Oh and all the peices come separated in bags. So timing to search for all parts is very quick!!! Hope to see this company expand with some other awesome coasters or atleast sell their idea to lego so lego may expand on it!! Oh and son approved!!!
