It’s okay

The knobs most has come off so I had to glue some and then I just ends up buy new knobs for them because they were too short that it didn’t go in right and kept breaking. Was sad because it happened to both of the ones I bought. They are okay for inside the closet but not for outside. I would change the knobs.

We love Sauder products.... Have for decades

We've been buying Sauder products for decades now. They are well built. We purchased three of these dressers and we secured them together to form this lovely 12 drawer unit. It looks great and functions well. So ten years ago we decided to splurge on an expensive bedroom set from Danish Inspirations. Cost an arm and a leg, but we figured we would get our money's worth. Not so! In only a couple of years the drawers started having issues not wanting to close. The bedframe was a platform with a headboard and part of the headboard was peeling. We were hugely disappointed. So when I wanted to get rid of it recently first thing I did was get rid of the bed and replace it with a nice one from Ikea that we've been completely happy with, but Ikea had no bedside tables we liked, so I came top Amazon and found two of the Sauder bedside tables in this Charter Oak finish. I bought them and was impressed with the quality and I was amazed at the packaging of the item. So that gave me confidence to buy these dressers. Again they came packaged amazingly well with edge protectors on the outside of the box and lots of styrofoam inside. Nothing was damaged, and this is true on each of the three units we bought. As to putting them together I think if you are familiar with putting Ikea stuff together you will have no issues. I think a total beginner might be a little intimidated. But the pictures and directions are pretty straightforward. I'm a 60 year old female and I put all of these together by myself. First dresser took me 1 1/2 hours. The second and third went much quicker. I LOVE the drawer sizes. They are not too big or too small. They seem just right. And they are very pretty! I'm not much into the distressed look but these are distressed in such a subtle way that it is okay. I could not be happier, both with the quality and the price, and when you include how well the manufacturer packs them for shipping, well, I shall never go back to expensive furniture stores again! In addition to the two night stands and these three dressers, we also purchased the bookcase. All have been delightfully wonderful!

Nice, but

This chest-dresser was an addition to my small room. The only bad part is that it's not sturdy. It wabbles a lot but thankfully I have it on an area that won't make it move so much. The instructions were explained well!

Its what you should expect from a cheap dresser

There isn't much to say other than it is a cheap dresser. I only bought it because it was a very specific size that fit in my space. The drawers only open about 3/4 of the way. The slides are cheap one wheel type. It was missing one of the specific pieces of hardware you can't just go by at the hardware but I picked the place to leave it out it was least likely to cause issues. It looks decent I guess. The drawer pulls are awful crappy plastic. It is what it is.

Knows break off super easy

Putting it together was easy enough, but ended up having to glue the knows on because just tightening them snug on to the drawers broke a bunch off.

Great assembly instructions

By far the best assembly instructions of any put together furniture I’ve ever done. All the bolts and screws were labeled too. It took a little while because you have to assemble all the drawers but it was a good value purchase for what I needed for my closet

I would not buy again.

Great color, I loved it so much I got the matching bookcase which was great! But as far as this dresser? And the price for quality… I don’t know exactly what I expected, but I know I expected it to better quality than this. It was pretty simple to put together but did take a couple hours. My disappointment was when I was 90% finished and the back piece designed to hold it together did not align so I had to hammer in nails as best as I could (which IMO was a questionable decision for securing the MAIN stability piece of the dresser!!). Also not solid would so I damaged the woodchip like material trying to nail in nails since it was misaligned.
