great case. ill start by saying it was very nice. comfortable on your back. cheap leather but i enjoyed it. i had a viking in it until i broke my cue inside the case in a bar brawl. case didnt hold up to THAT. but who would. i purchased this same case but in 2x2 form and love it

My cue's pin punched through the bottom of this case.

This is not a high quality item. As you can see from the picture, my cue's pin punched through the bottom of it. I had a 1x1 case for years that I used with no problem until I lost it at a tournament. Got this one as a cheap stop-gap and it is exactly that. Cheap. Not inexpensive, but poorly made. The tabs they use for the zippers bend really easily. The velcro is even crappy. I would pass on this one.

Worth the cost.

I bought this case twice. The first time, the case was crushed in shipment and the large plastic tube was deformed such that the large end of the stick could not be inserted. I returned the case for a refund. I bought the case again, used but described to be in excellent condition; it was. It also came directly from Amazon. I bought it a second time because this was the only case I found, which I could afford, that had a second larger pocket in which I could store an extension. The case is well made considering it is made from synthetic material and not from real leather and higher grade interior components but a case made from such would be very expensive. To those who have punched the screw end through the case I suggest that their stick may exceed standard length, or they are slamming their stick into the case, not a likely cause but possible. In my opinion, the case is worth the cost.

Poor quality product

Poor quality product. The hole for the butt end of the cue is too small and you have to force the cue in to be able to close the top. This makes it very hard to remove. I'm afraid it will eventually scratch the cue handle finish. I tried fitting another cue and got the same result......very tight fit. For the price paid, I was expecting much better quality.
