Every serious cook should have one.

Every serious cook should have one. Make a copy of your recipe from the internet or from your cookbook. Keeps recipes off of cabinet tops and out of the way, and places the recipes eye level for quicker review. Also keeps recipes clean.

Cheap, but does the job

Not as long as I would like it to be, but it seems to do the job. It holds up to 10.5 inches on the inside. In between the sheet, its just a row of marbles that are holding your papers in. I actually use it in my office to hold some papers up on the wall. I'm sure this is meant for restaurants or checks/payments. But it holds fine. I have held 4-5 papers stapled together on it. There was really only room for that paper, I could have put another paper side by side but it would have covered on of the papers.

What's better than good? Cheap and good.

great quality, great value and serves purpose well. 12 inch turned out to be a little short (due to brackets on the ends), should've gotten 18 instead.

Works well and holds papers well. I chose to combine this with adhesive backed strong magnets so that I could mount this to a metal overhead bin in my cubicle. It's been working out very well.
