This is just what I wanted. But I discovered that if you plan on wearing this over clothing then you need to order a couple sizes larger than 'your size'. These seem to be cut for a trim physique. As other posters have noted, the cloth knot buttons don't hold as well as a standard button, but then they wash great and are a lot less likely to fall off or get snagged on things. I don't plan on buttoning mine up a lot - so the cloth knot buttons are perfect for my application. I like the weight of the fabric - it's heavier than 'medical scrubs' cloth which means it hangs a little sturdier on you, again - this is a feature I was looking for. Large patch pockets over the thighs are great, as are the side openings so you can get at your pants pockets, too.

Good, get the right size don't go big

Great quality, buy the right size , I ordered 1 size big it is really big. Even if you wear it over your clothes. I had to ship back mine, for the right size though. Material is thick, it's would just be fine for couple of years.

The buttons are a bit difficult to button and come apart pretty easily, but everything else was fine.

Which i had more uses for lab coats

Fits pretty solid. A lot of people were complaining about tight fit but i'm 6'5" and mine actually fits my broad shoulders pretty well with movement room. I'd easily order these again when I need another. Nice touch with the cloth-knot buttons.
