Cheap Weight (4x 10lb Plates)

They are cheap and done good enough. The paint isn't the greatest as you can see in the photos. The white "splashes" onto the regular paint in some spots and some of the raised areas that should be white aren't actually painted. I ran into a paint "spike" on one of the plates I had to sand off since it was super sharp. Box was packed amazingly. Outside box, inside box, foam around the inside box, foam on top, plate in a plastic sleeve, foam, next plate in plastic sleeve, etc. Outside box was beat up a bit, but the inside was A+. Weighed them on my kitchen scale. 10.5 was the heaviest two of them were 10.25 and then there was a 10.3. All good in my opinion. I'd rather be a little heavy then under. I'm using these to make it easy to add weight to a DIY pully system without having to lug my 25s around. They're going to be perfect and I'd recommend them to home gym'ers out there everywhere that could use some plates. I wouldn't pay Rep or Rogue prices for these, but for the same price as used rusty plates, I'm very glad I got them.

They're (Relatively) Cheap & They Work, With a semi-Loose Fit

Unlike many cheap weights, including Caps own standard plates, these were packaged well- they were double-boxed with foam protection & reinforced shipping tape. I ordered two individual 45lb weights, both of which my bathroom scale says weigh in at 45.8lbs. Given that a bathroom scale is not the most accurate device in the world, I'd say these weights are pretty spot on & at the very least consistent in weight between plates. The main criticism of these is that the center olympic-sized hole is a fair bit bigger than it needs to be. This is probably deliberate to make them as compatible as possible with cheaper bars, but they do wobble even on Cap's own trap bar. A decent barbell collar would be a good idea to use with these. The finish isn't terrible nor perfect. It's still better than some cheaper weights and looks nice enough to keep in my main room. If you want brand new weights as cheaply as possible, and to be able to load as many as possible onto a bar, these iron weights are a decent pick.

It's heavy

but then it's supposed to be. This weight is a little looser on the bar than my older weights. I think that's fine, but it does mean I can't slack and leave ends off my bars when performing deadlifts.

Simply good weights

These are really good especially if you use loadable dumbbell handles because they allow you to increase the weight slightly for smaller muscles like biceps, and by buying 2 sets of 6 plates you will be able to adjust from 2.5lbs to 7.5 lbs on each side of the dumbell and make your jump to 10lb plates ( which means you technically won't need to buy 5lb just 10lb plates)

best bang for your buck. great starter weights.

Fits great. paint seems fine on my sets that were delivered. I own the 6-2.5lbs/4-5lbs/4-10lbs/2-25lbs so far and they all fit and look great on my curl bar olympic size 2.5". Thank you for the great product. I will be ordering the heavier weights once I get my deadlift bar.

Very impressive- high quality

Was admittedly a little skeptical when I was considering ordering plates from Amazon. However the price included delivery had caught my eye. As soon as the plates arrived and I opened the box I could tell that these were the real deal. Very nice durable finish, my guess is a enamel or maybe epoxy type paint. Good solid sound when you rack them onto the bar. Put them on my bathroom scale and were spot on for the weight. Considering the accuracy of my scales. Bottom line is would I order them again? Yes I would and already ordered some 35lbs. Highly recommend.

serviceable value-priced weights

The finish is a bit scratchable, but mostly seems durable enough. The weight accuracy is close (within half a pound for the four I got), and the handle makes them very practical.

Upset

These plates are nice and they are good products. I gave it a 3 because I only received 4 out of 6 and there was no where I could find to contact the seller and ask for the other two. They are worth the price if you get all 6. If not then go with another seller who you could contact.

Cumplen con su propósito y en cuanto a material no es lo mejor pero si se cuidan pueden ser muy duraderos y la verdad yo no compraría los demás discos de más libras de esta marca por el material del que están hechos.
