The strengthening bar

I think it’s excellent, however,, the therapist is using one that is a bit lighter. I know the day is coming when my daughter can advance to using the one I purchased.

The yellow one is for beginners! I found plenty of tutorials on YouTube! Great for finger, hand, forearm, and upper arms/shoulders! I love mine!

Not x-light resistance

This is advertised as x-light resistance, but it actually has a larger diameter and higher resistance than the green medium resistance Theraband Flexbar. After accidentally ordering this one instead of the Theraband, I subsequently purchased the yellow x-light resistance Flexbar from Theraband and found a huge difference in size and resistance between the two bars. (You can see in the photo that this one on the left has a larger diameter than the yellow or green Theraband) Spend a couple of extra bucks to purchase the Theraband!

Don't buy if allergic to Latex. 100 percent latex. Can also help increase grip strength

Really enjoyed how it built my wrist Tendons and range of motion back after breaking my wrist. Also it excersises all the muscles in your arm and hand to get you back to using your hand the way you used to before breaking it. Ingenious yet simple excersises device. May also help prevent or relieve carpel tunnel syndrome if used regularly. Comes in super light resistance to extremely high resistance. Color coded for resistance values and not much money for the usefulness. I began with the yellow one after about 4 weeks. Great little known product.

does whar it's supposed to do

good workout piece for arms and wrists. Originally wanted a lighter resistance to match another used in a rehab facility and thought all red types were the same resistance. Wrong! Also but the lighter one from another source.

easy to use-multi purpose exercises-easy to store

I am an Occupational Therapist and use this daily with my patients as well as recommend the purchase for home use. It is a multi use exerciser that is great for strengthening for upper body overall. Great product , great value, practically indestructible and easy to clean.

not worth the money

I bought this because I couldn’t find my TheraBar. the resistance is good but the surface is dusty and sticky as though the plastic is in the slow process of deteriorating. I don’t recommend and wish I’d returned it right away

Great product

I was in a motorcycle accident and my hand was severed. This has become part of my therapy. Good quality and great for a number of strengthening exercises. Was cheaper than brand mentioned to me but cant imagine why. Quality is great.
