Very cool design, just not very loud.
Very cool design, just not very loud. I like this one much better on Amazon, Greallthy Bike Bell Classic Brass. Hope that helps you all!

Appears to be a good quality bell.
Bell arrived quickly. It seems to be high quality, and the tone is penetrating. Only used it a few times, but it seems as if it isn’t as loud as I’m used to with other bells. The clanger is a little suspect on the base bell model, as it is made of plastic, with a small spring to provide the force to hit the aluminum bell loop. We see how it holds up to time and use.

It does not ring all the time
It works some times but not always. Most of the times I need to do it twice to make it work.

Not for Quasimodo.
Sunday riders who feel they need the sonic power of a church bell may not like this little baby. I do. I commute via bike 14+ miles 5 days a week. NYC law requires a bell, so I wanted something light and sleek. I hardly ever touched the last bell I had. I find my voice to be far more effective. The only time I use this polite solo xylophone is when I'm overtaking another cyclist and we're both riding slowly. When I'm going 25-30 mph by the Navy yard I'll give an unaware pedestrian a "yo" at 30 yards. No bell is as good as the voice when you're really moving. Even at 15-20 mph pedestrians who love to stand or suddenly step in front of one in the bike lane seem to respond better to a voice. This little bell is a sweet piece of design though. I approve. As for those who say it chimes inadvertently, I find it only tinkles a bit over railroad tracks, grated drawbridges, and the occasional pothole or steel road plate.

Beautiful and Clear tone... I know pedestrians will hear me
I really like that it has a dual function of routing cable lines! The crisp and long lasting ring is ten times better than most bike bells on the market. I can’t think of a flaw I’ve come across yet; the design for minimizing use of space on handlebars and also routing cables is flawless and durable. I’m an occasional commuter with a 24 mile ride, if I don’t use the bus for a little help. After several rides over pothole ridden streets, it hasn’t budged from the point of installation and it looks better than a zip-tie for the cable routing assist that it provides. Also, did I mention that it has a crisp and beautiful long lasting ring, probably better than a bell from a meditation class; sometimes when I pass by my bike in the garage, I’ll just hit the bell when I walk past my bike just to hear the bell. Be SURE of your hand placement and the circumference of your handlebar at an easy access point, so you don’t have to move your hands to warn pedestrians or another cyclist. I did get the wrong size because I measured close to the stem, where my drop bars are thicker. But just installing it over my grip tape worked out fine.

Great sound, slim profile!
This is one of the nicest sounding, slimmest bicycle bells I've seen out there. The tone is very pleasant, and is nice and loud when you want it to be. My one complaint is about the knocker: It's a bit of plastic glued to a little spring, which appears to fatigue under the (very slight) weight. I store my bike in a vertical rack, and the spring has sagged away from the bell. It's a very minor problem, and the bell still works just as well, but it's annoying. Compared to the high quality of the rest of the product, I was surprised that the spring seems so cheap. And since the knocker is glued to it, there's no way to adjust it or replace it easily. Still, despite my odd case of OCD, this is definitely one of the best bike bells out there.

great sound
LOVE the sound of this bell. It's got the most satisfying ring

Not worth the price
Read some reviews about the lack of noise level and unfortunately they are very true. The ringer plate if bumped or shifted even slightly will go from a mild ring to a thud. Not sure why the strike thumb hammer is made of plastic. I would have preferred if it was also made of metal to make a louder ring. Sad to say but unless improvements are made the knock off is more appealing.

Knog cycle bell, very discreet.
Great trendy looking bell. Work well. Not too loud, so may need ringing several times. The spring in the spring loaded ringer is a weak point. They can get bent quite easily, preventing the bell from working properly.

Klingeln hiermit will gekonnt sein.

The media could not be loaded.

perfect style and loud enough
colours fit my mountain bike even though I didn't want a bell (found out it's a law in my Province). Either way, this works for what it is needed for. I did get a size bigger than the average size of my handle bars. tip: determine where you are going to put it first - then get the right size. I was able to mount it where I really wanted it but I had to use a longer screw to make it stay. Great design though!
