Connecting straps

Attachment straps not optimal for remaining in place. Picture misleading. the net side is expandable for groceries but lacks support for heavier firm object-In my case a wooden shaft of 36 inches and a 3 pound mallet heat of croquet mallet. No cupholder?

I am sending the walker back because it is uncomfortable for me. I have been waiting for the back rest and its been wrong twice. That is making me 6 days late to send the grocery bag back. Is there any way that the return date can be extended? thank you Beverly Taormina

Keeps getting caught in the wheels!

I can’t believe that this was designed to go with the byAcre rollator. Forget about turning left or right (let alone turning around); it catches on the front wheels and locks them up. I double checked that I put it on correctly, attached all of the straps…it is just a very poor design. I’ll keep it because I don’t have anything to replace it, but I’m pretty disappointed. I guess I’ll be back to rigging up a backpack or something.
