Clipped in and ready to go. Would buy again.
Works well. Using them on my Spin bike. Needed to tighten pedal clamp a little but no a big deal. I would buy them again.

Not for Shimano SPD
This did not work with Shimano SPD pedals as described. Refund was quick.
