Works great for face
So if you have alot of hairs don't use the face plate. That's for like mustache or between eye brows. Use the leg one for you chin of sides of the face. Works amazing

Pleasantly surprised
This was my first time trying an epilator. I’ll admit to being a bit worried about how much it would hurt. The first pass was a bit painful, but honestly once you got started it just stung a bit. I did start to see some redness and bumps. But so far all that cleared up within 30 minutes. I used it on my legs and facial hair. Very happy with it so far!

My husband surprised me with this, best gift ever! He was tired of me plucking my face with the tweezers. Pretty painless, had to quit using wax, if you wax this is painless! I remember the first epilators and not being able to finish one leg. I think all of my friends had gotten one for Christmas and we complained about having to let the hair grow. Then we laughed about the pain and all of us talked about how we cried when we used it. I can tell you this ain't like the old epilators. I used the shaver first and it worked like my shaver, then I used the epilator. Legs are very smooth, smoother than using my regular razor! Very painless compared to the old epilators, only problem I had was around scars I had from old surgeries. Scars have dipped and getting the hairs were harder to get than the rest of legs. Getting older and having more facial hair and trying different ways to get rid it. I screwed up and used a trimmer, and it wasn't painful, but I had stubble. The majority of it wasn't dark, but my face was rougher than my husband! So I started tweesing my face, takes forever and it had to be done a few times a week. This is so much better, I kept telling my husband, how much I love this! Face is so smooth, less redness than plucking, compared to waxing and plucking it just doesn't hurt. If you can't handle waxing or plucking, then it will hurt, but if your used to either than you won't have a problem. I just couldn't believe how great this is! Will update on under arms, and how the hair on face and legs grow back. When I waxed the hair really never grew back thinner, have to see if this works! Battery lasted a pretty decent time, shaved both legs and epilated both legs and did face and chin. Charging time wasn't too long, so very happy about that. My other electric razor takes longer to charge and if I haven't shaved in a few days, I have to charge it to finish both legs. So, very happy with the charge time and how long the battery lasts so far. My husband has a braun electric razor he loves his and he made a great choice for me! Total surprise, not my birthday, or special occasion, just a gift for just me! I truly LOVE this, it really is the best gift EVER! Now my wireless headphones are the second best gift ever,lol! Totally recommend this shaver/epilator, a little pricey, but it works great and love the attachments. Very easy to clean, easy to take attachments on and off. Love the face attachment! Just love this so much!

I’ve had my epilator for about 2-3 months now and have never used on my legs due to being scared of having a bad reaction. I’ve watched and read how to properly prepare and use the epilator to prevent ingrowns and any bad reaction when I used on my arms or bikini line and thighs BUT when I finally used it on my legs last night I had a completely bad experience. Instead of usually waxing my legs or just shaving, I chose to epilate them. GOD NO. I regret it so much. It didn’t pluck all the hair but broke it at the skin and, as you can see in my picture I attached above, that’s the reaction I got. Typically I used a SA lotion to help and am trying to see what can help treat my legs but I wouldn’t recommend using the epilator on your legs especially if you have sensitive skin. As for my arms, thighs, and bikini line, I had no problem other than a little redness and some ingrowns but it’d go away overnight. My legs look like cancerous herpes ???????????? I don’t think I’ll epilate my legs again but hopefully this helps anyone with their experience and if you’re looking to buy an epilator. Other than that the epilator works great and I loved it until it did this to me last night haha. Be safe girls! UPDATE: It’s been a couple days since I went to the hospital to get my folliculitis treated and it got severe. Now I love the epilator, but this kind of reaction is painful as hell, mind my language, and I couldn’t walk for two days. It’s now Tuesday night and it’s healing but it isn’t pretty. I went in on Saturday the 23rd (July ofc). I’ll attach some pictures to show my reaction over the days but don’t let my review concern you too much when buying this epilator. It’s great but you HAVE to be careful and take the right precautions. As for the pictures, it’s in order from the beginning (the 22nd) to as of the current condition (the 26th) and it’s not pretty but you can see it’s purple-like-bruised appearance :,,,,) Now I’m just sharing my experience but PLEASE be careful ladies

Brilliant! Firstly, epilators should never be reviewed by people who have not used them before. It is painful in the beginning, and takes time to get used to it, so ignore all negative reviews by first time users. As an experienced eppilatee, this is the best one yet. I have had several over the years. With all epilators you will need to pass over an area more than once, but this one removes more hair per pass & I just did my legs in half the time compared to the previous one. I also found it less painful. I suspect the old “budget” one did a lot of pulling without removing, making it more painful. If you are a first time user, it gets easier and less painful after a while. try taking some over the counter headache meds 20 min before epilating. Also rub a thin layer of anesthetic cream on the area a few minutes before (especially if you do your face). Makes a big difference.

Worth the physical pain & every penny
I'm a first time Epilator user, I was scared, but I was so tired of shaving! After an old roomie highly recommended an Epilator I decided I should give it a go. I did a lot of back and forth on which model to get and finally settled on this one partly because it came with the bikini trimmer which seemed like a great extra product also seemed like I may as well spend the extra money and make sure I'm getting top of the line. No issues with product or shipping. First time use was rough, especially underarm- pain, sweat and pain. But it does get easier! Your hair grows in thinner so it hurts less when removing it (in my experience). I love going days with no stubble! Wish I'd bought this years ago! I have very fine leg hair and am finding it doesn't get grabbed as easily, might also be a bit short at times. I just do a touch up shave with a razor if I want to make sure I'm super even and smooth. I think my favorite is having a bikini line that doesn't grow back fast and has far less irritation, shaving always left me with a lot of razor burn. Yes this is painful, first few times I got a decent amount of broken skin and was sore to the touch, much like waxing I'd imagine-- I've never had any waxing done! I do suggest for first time use go slow, take your time, take breaks, eat snacks! Know it will get easier! And it will be soooooooo worth it! Get it now while in isolation so you can have a great hairless figure come the day we are allowed outside again ;P Seriously if you dislike body hair and shave daily like I did you will love this product, just get over the fear! Try it and tell your friends, more people should use these!

By far best Epilator.
After watching a lot of YouTube videos on this product. I decided to give it a try. I gave it a go and I must say I have never used anything quiet like it in a sense that it really does pull the hair from the root. That being said, it was really painful at first but even after the first try your legs get use to it. However, I did not put the Epilator flat on my legs. Instead, I was shaving from about a inch away. It’s important to put it flat on your legs so you can get the very tiny hairs. Also, if your hair is short it really doesn’t hurt at all but my hair way about 6inches. Furthermore, I love my Epilator but I have decided to purchase a numbing cream just incase to make the process a lot faster. This Epilator is in fact the best in market and I would recommend this anyone suffering from ingrown hair. Overtime, it will get rid of your ingrown hairs and give you that smooth finish.

The extra heads are VERY helpful...and here are some hints for first time users
You may find it painful to begin using this product...but I started with an older product and this one does have some features that make it more bearable. The speed of the rotation might be better to have on "high" but the speed at which you move the device over your skin should be slow. :) The vibrating head actually helps a bit with painful first uses. The shaver head is excellent so you don't also need a shaver to get the hair short enough. Oh and by the way...the hair being too long does not work and too short as well. The supplied shaver head is very useful for making that happen. Remember to move slowly and take breaks. It of course, get easier after each use as the hairs grow back finer and less painful to remove.

Zero complaints abouts this product
I have zero complaints about this product! Works as it should! With that being said, I will review the process. Let me first preface with the fact that I am a long time brazilian waxer but due to covid shutdown my lady bits looked like I had Buckwheat in a leg lock. Since I knew I was getting this little beauty, I decided not to maintain my vahoohoo's regular trims in Hope's that I would get a nice smooth after look... Firstly, since it's been at least 6 months since my last wax, every single follicle had hair. I am of Italian/Lebanese decent so I've got alot of hair???? I knew the first round of epillating was gonna be painful. I had to work in shifts lol. The day and afternoon shift took on the right side...repeated the next day for left side. It was difficult going over the areas slowly at first , but once my skin numbed up it was alot less painful. I couldn't get to every area as positioning was difficult. I'm over 40 and a tad overweight so I found myself having to stop so I could breath. The trimmer head and bikini shaver were great for tidying everything up. Minimal crying lol. Now on to epillating the underarms...oh dear god...I've only ever shaved my pits so this was quite painful as again every follicle had hair. I cried n sweat my way through it and I think this is something I will continue. Way less expensive than waxing. Pro tips- hydrocortisone cream is your friend, seeing little blood spots is normal, the first time is the most painful...it gets easier! Try different methods like in a warm bath or shower and make sure the area is clean.
