Fault Free Case for 34" BT99

The 34" Boyt take-down case is a perfect fit for my Browning BT99 with 34" barrel. Easy to carry the encased shotgun through my condominium building and the shoulder strap keeps my hands free for other gear and navigating doors. The short case is very easy to pack in the very small trunk of my small sports car.

Large case made for a one barrel O/U

This is my second Boyt case (large) and it is strictly for a one barrel gun. Overall these are fine cases, just wish the description were better or had more pictures. For those wondering, it fits my Citori Trap 32" O/U barrel with extended ported chokes with 3" leftover to the zipper or the 34" Unsingle with extended choke just fine. This is not the 2 barrel version I already have with the extra six pockets for your skeet barrel inserts. It's my fault for not reading the description more closely but I will buy another, just for the double/single set next time. The medium is better for 30" barrels.

Boyt delivers again!

I love Boyt cases for my over under shotguns. This one was a gift from my wife and have yet to use it in the field. Product is well made and durable. Boyt doesn't skimp on material, zippers, or stitching. You pay for it up front, but they will outlast other soft cases, no doubt. I've been using one for over 20 years and it is still in great condition.

ok but not great

I purchased this for a browning 725 with 32" barrels anad extended choke tubes. I was expecting it to be a pretty snug fit but it is about 4" too long for my liking as the barrel has too much room to move end to end. also at the zipped end there is a gap where the barrels can actually touch the stock so I have to wrap the chamber end of the barrels with a rag to prevent damage. it is a nice heavy well built case and so far it serves the purpose but I will spend the extra and purchase a hard case that offers better protection.

Well made, and great for your over/under or side/side shotgun

Bought two of these units in order to leave in my gun safe. They are extremely we constructed and well padded. Broken down shotguns fit very well, and the only concern you could have would be scratching the shotgun on the massively heavy duty zipper while placing it in the case. One other warning: If you are going to store a shotgun, do not store it in one of these cases. The fabric can retain moisture, and if the handle rivets tought the action, the dissimilar metals can cause rust on unblued parts of the firearms. In my case, this happened on the sholders of a Browning Citori 625 sporter... easily cleaned off using Flitz, but a concern. Don't store your shotgun in the safe in this case Wonderful product...

If you travel with a nice shotgun, this is your case!

This is really a beautiful case. The padding is very thick, the zippers are well made, and the fabric is tough. The accessory pouch has loops that are perfect to hold extra choke tubes. When ordering...This is a single barrel case but I easily pack two barrels in it. There is a two barrel model available but the pockets of the two barrel case are sewn too small to fit the barrel mounting rings of a pump or auto gun. Also, be sure to measure your stock and action before ordering since they can be longer than the barrel. The 32" model fits mine perfectly with just a bit of space at the ends.
