Excellent quality
This is my 4th Osprey product. You can't beat their durability! They are light weight and oh so sturdy. I have this and the smaller version as well as a carry on and checked wheeled bag. I really love their products.

Well made bag
Love the compartments and layout of this bag. I love to be able to use it as a duffle but then strap it on my back if I need to hustle through an airport or something. I bought the 45L as well.

very well made, sturdy backpack duffel
Good balance of backpack&duffel. Suitable for air travel. 60L is a good size, big enough to hold multiple days clothes, but not so large that it's hard to wear or maneuver while wearing. For my height ("average" American male), I would not go smaller than 50L or larger than 70L. It's small enough to pack into a larger suitcase if you're not sure how much capacity you'll need on the way back. Very well made, no dangling bits, heavy material, and multiple handles. The straps are not the most padded and there's no sternum or waist strap (it's not an actual backpack) but perfectly adequate to wear as a backpack for making connections & transits. Mine went through multiple international airports as checked baggage and shows no sign of wear. Other Thoughts: Make sure you load it correctly if you plan to wear it-- extra weight on what suddenly becomes the "top" is very awkward. The airlines I used put the duffel in a luggage bin both for checking and for baggage claim. The small side pockets (curiously only on 2 sides, instead of 3) are handy. Quibbles: shoulder straps should be a little more padded. A loop to allow hanging this off a large suitcase would be helpful for air travelers. Overall, the best of 3 similar bags I looked at. And I've been very happy with the longevity of my other Osprey backpacks. Recommended.

Daylite convertible 60L blue/teal duffle backpack
I love osprey products and own multiple osprey products. This is my least favorite bag. I like that it can be a backpack or duffle. It's so structured that it just doesn't hold as much as I hoped it would. Very thick quality osprey material.

Huge upgrade from my falling apart duffel.
I love this bag and the backpack straps came in super handy for our trip to the Adirondacks. Freed my hands up and saved me n extra trip out to the car. It’s perfect!

Versatile convenient bag
I used this bag for our dog's things on a cross country move. It was easy to fit in the car because it is slightly squishy. I had to bring it in and out of the car every day, so being able to wear it like a backpack was helpful, and I appreciated the comfortable handles and found it nicely padded, yet still light weight. It had enough organization for what I needed, the extra compartments are small but useful.

Best Duffel
This is the best duffel I have ever used, and I love that it is convertible to a backpack when carrying it over long distances. Have only gotten one use out of it so far on a weeklong trip, but it had sufficient space for clothing and toiletries for two adults, as well as a couple pairs of extra shoes, for a week long trip. I organized it with Osprey packing cubes and rolled the clothing to maximize space, and am so far thrilled to have found such a wonderful duffel that I figure will last me for many, many years to come.

Definitely a great choice
Purchased this duffel for scout camp for our son. Can be used as a pack with straps for easy carry. More than large enough and durable. I recommend it!

Does exactly what it’s meant to with no fuss.
Light weight yet strong, it held everything I needed for a ten day trip. It has one outside pocket and a bottle pocket but other than that, you may want to have some packing cubes if you want to organise your packing as I did. Oh, and it folds away for easy storage once you’re back home.

Excellent travel bag
We used this over the summer and it's an excellent duffel bag. Light weight and folds up small for storage but certainly holds plenty. Very durable, love the colour and have now bought the smaller size too so would definitely recommend.

Good bag but no strap
Problem is for me if already got rucsac then can't put this on my back. Would have given it top marks if had a shoulder strap option like most bags of this style do have
