Good quality so far, but product is different in appearance when u receive it.

The heavybag i received was not identical to the bag being promoted on amazon or on ringside's website. The red leather belt around the lower circunference of the bag was made of nylon and in black color and not out of red leather as advertised. The logo of ringside on the upper end of the bag was also missing. I do not like it when the product received is different from what u see on amazon's website and i find it misleading or dishonest when u buy a product and you received something that is very similar but not identical to what you purchased. Regarding the quality of the product it is made of leather and is very nice. I filled it with torn pieces of clothes and small bags of sand. I have it for only a short while so will wait a year or so to give a better review of the quality of the product. Disregarding the difference in the productyou see on images and the one you receive i would recommend it.

"the best in boxing"

It says on the bag: "the best in boxing". Well, everybody thinks he is the best. However, sometimes you can't argue with that... Big, heavy, thick leather, beautiful bag. By the way, forget about what you see on Youtube ("as easy as 15 minutes filling" stuff). It is a real challenge to fill it in all right.

Solid Heavy Bag!

This was a great purchase. The bag is constructed out of quality cowhide leather as opposed to synthetic so you can be assured that you'll receive years of service from the item. Also, the supports are reinforced to prevent any mishap,.. The inclusion of support chains is a nice feature as well. To fill the bag properly, I recommend creating two discs with each disc 4 cardboard layers thick and duct taped thereafter. Place one in the bottom and then start stuffing - keeping the sand bags in the middle and place soft clothing around them and simply work your way up. Use a broom handle and poke all material into every crevice and finish the process by inserting the other cardboard disc. The use of these discs will help the bag keep its shape over time. After stuffing, my bag weighed around 205 lbs. I like the bag heavier to prevent excessive movement during my routine. Well made and durable and you can rest assured the heavy bag will serve you well over years of use. I prefer the Ringside brand because everything they make is solid and at a reasonable price point. Buy it. It's a great addition to the home gym. You won't be disappointed.
