The item is good and economic option
At first, I was not happy with the product as I struggled to fit the India-type three-pin plug into it and it was not firmly fitting to its port. I was frustrated and applied for a return, but later a friend helped me to put the three-pin plug when we applied a little more force to it. So we figured out that we have to apply a little force initially with round three-pin plugs and then you are good to go. Thumbs up to the product, now it is working fine and accepts all the general USB and other port options. Just remember to give it a hard push during first-time use.

Okay all-in-one, I use it as my backup
I bought this originally as my main power adapter for a trip to Europe. Quality is okay, feels cheap. It came with 1x USB-C which was nice, and 3x regular USB. I ended up buying an Apple World Travel Adapter Kit as my main instead paired w/ a 12w power brick. The Apple one just feels more quality and trustworthy. IMHO spend the extra bucks and get something decent like the Apple World Travel Adapter Kit.

Compact and useful adapter
I bought this adapter for a 2 week trip to the UK and was pleased with its performance. It does not convert voltage, but my electronics did not require the conversion, only the correct kind of plug. (Turns out most devices nowadays are dual-voltage -- look it up!) You can slide the levers on the sides to push out a variety of plug shapes. This adapter will fit outlets used in the UK, US, EU, and Australia. A list of countries is included. I've only used the US and UK plugs so far. Another pro (and why I bought this) there are 4 USB ports -- two on the sides that output 2.4A and two on the top that output 1.5A, as well as a universal outlet that accepts regular plugs. The literature claims you can plug in 150 countries' plugs there, but I only tried 2- and 3-prong US plugs, which worked fine. I also only charged a max of 3 items at any one time (my phone and external battery in the smaller-output USBs, and a laptop or camera battery charger in the plug). All devices charged without issue. I like the compact size -- it's about 3"x2"x2", or about half that if you detach at the silver border and just use the EU plug. The adapter comes with a black nylon zippered case, which I found convenient for packing and protecting the thing. Have not tested the surge protector function, nor have I charged with all 4 USBs and the plug at the same time to test full charging capacity. Also the company included this weird little...cord wrangler strap? With a cartoon English guard? It was labeled in the box as a free extra and it's not a bad thing, just baffling and not useful to me.

Great adapter, it got the job done
Very happy with the adapter, usb ports had full power and were able to charge 3-4 devices at the same in my trip in Europe. It got the job done.

Works great in Ukraine!
As I'm writing this review I am Charging my phone, a portable charger and two camera batteries in Ukraine and it has been working fine. I'll definitely update this review if anything changes, but as of now, after four days of continous use, it's doing great.

Nifty adapter
This adapter can accommodate several types of outlets in a very small space. I used the European outlet version while in Israel, but it can do more kinds of plugs than that! Super convenient and works great!

I only need one outlet to charge all my devices
I purchased this in anticipation of a trip I will be taking this spring to Ireland and wanted to give some insight into *why* I purchased this particular adapter. There are many more on the market that are less expensive but what drew me to this product was the 4 USB outlets contained within the adapter. When traveling, I carry many devices...iphone, ipad, applewatch, external charger. If I were to have to charge these things every night (which I do) I would need multiple adapters and multiple sockets at each hotel stop. It's been my experience that outlets in hotels are limited and when you travel and share rooms with others, as I do, this can create a huge problem trying to get everyone's devices charged. This one charger will allow me to us ONE outlet and charge all my devices. Does it work? I won't know until April and I will update this review when I return.

Works perfectly for Madrid, Rome, London, Paris & Dublin.
I was very nervous about my trip to Europe because I wanted to make sure that I had the correct connectors for my electronics so after much read I decided to get this unit and boy I'm glad. It worked perfectly for Madrid, Rome, London, Paris and Dublin. Now I do recommend to get this adapter AND a power strip, even though the adapter has 4 usb ports they are really slow so with a power strip that should take care of it. I also took my precautions of my devices not going over 2000 watts I think, I only/mainly used it for 2 phones and 2 portable batteries. We used the adapter directly with a 1800 wat travel hair dryer with no problem. I think my gf also used a mini travel flat iron with no problem. Do keep in mind, hair dryer and flat iron with the adapter directly NOT with a power strip. Overall really loved it and will keep it safe for my future europe trips.

海外に旅行する際に持っていきました。 結局コンセントは日本の物でもさせる様々な形状に対応した物であったため使うことはありませんでしたが 作り自体はしっかりしていました。USBもしっかりと給電できます。
