Just know what you’re buying. This fits an exercise bike or dog crate, not a large area

This is not a large floor mat as another reviewer mentioned. It measures 27.25 inches x 39.15 inches. I got this for to go under my exercise bike, but then realized it is perfect for my dog crate. I am including a photo to show the closeup of what the crate looks like on the mat. It is absolutely perfect for my Ultima Pro dog crate! It protects my floor really well. This is a good quality map. The edges are really nice and tapered. It is a pretty stiff material and does take a bit to get it in the unrolled, flat position, but once flat it stays in place well. It has a kind-of big bubble slick texture. It is somewhat non-slip, but has a slight shiny surface and definitely not a mat finish. This could absolutely be used under an exercise bike. I have an Echelon X3 and it fits absolutely perfectly underneath it. FYI: I have a couple MRO mats that are 6 foot x 9 foot which I absolutely love for my workout area. The quality of that brand is superior. So if you’re looking for a large-sized mat, they make a high-density mat and also a yoga mat in those large sizes. Good quality and fair price for this item. I am quite happy with it!

Smaller Than Expected

This is a nice mat, but it was a little smaller than I was expecting. If is wide enough, but make sure you pay attention to the length, as this is shorter than some others. This one is perfect for my stationary bike, but is not long enough for my treadmill at all. It only will go around half way. Again, this is my fault for not realizing that this one is shorter. It is nice sturdy mat though and has a nice thickness. It will be great for protecting your floors.

Barely fit my bike

Didn't really think about how long it would be, but when I rolled it out it definitely looks small. I measured it and it's actually 39.5"x27.5" so about 1/2 in shorter than advertised and as you can see it barely fits my stationary bike. Quality is decent, feels almost like a thick plastic, not rubber but seems thick enough for durability. Grip is not super, I am able to slide it really easily but I'm not worried about that much. I had my kettlebell on the mat and it held up well too. If you're looking for a mat for a stationary bike then this will probably work but not long enough if you're wanting a treadmill or if you want to use it like a yoga mat for workouts.

Fits... but just barely

Make sure you read the size description. I did and I made sure that it would fit my Echelon ex-15 bike and yet, I was still surprised by how small it seemed. It fits my bike, but just barely. It's not an issue, I knew what I was getting and yet somehow I was still surprised. That being said, I really like this mat. Since it's just big enough for my bike, I like that there's no extra mat just hanging around which means that it's not using up any unnecessary space. It makes it all look very tidy and that's a big plus for me. The material of the mat itself is thick and a bit hard to unroll at first, but once you get your bike on it, it stays neatly. Someone else mentioned it, but I'll also mention that it is indeed easy enough to move your bike while it is on this mat. I don't mean when you're working out on it, but rather, if you choose to move your bike's location and you have tile like I do, it's easy enough to just push your bike from point a to point b if needed. I'm not too concerned about it since I haven't had any issues with my bike moving around while I am working out, but it is a good thing to note just in case you have small children in your house and want to take any precautions. Lastly, I'll mention that once your bike is on it, if you want to lift your bike and move it, the mat moves easily enough that if you want to keep the mat in place, you have to step on it, otherwise the mat will just move. I discovered this and the previous issue when I was trying to figure out the best place to put my bike and ended up moving it several times. I do wish the mat stayed stuck the floor a little more securely like a yoga mat does, but I don't mind it. I'll take it if it means the mat takes up just the necessary space, no extra, and if it looks sturdy (it does).
