Fits better than the original

According to my husband who uses this daily, it fits better than the original.

Not as good as the original

Unlike the original filter it’s a bit flimsy not likely to last as long as the original but it works well enough to keep it. I don’t see the Bodum brand name on it.

Perfect

Perfect fit, perfect function! When the screen on my portable press was ruined, it seemed a waste to throw out the rest of the unit. All I needed was a replacement press plate. This fits and works as well as the original - so glad, love my portable Bodum!!!

Silicone seal not strong enough to keep the grounds out.

I could not figure out what was wrong. Bought the 15 oz filter, and it seemed too small. So I bought the 17 oz, which wouldn't fit at all. Finally found I could take the seal off of the old filter (had to replace the screen because the dog got to it) and it worked better. Still can come up around the filter if you press too fast.

Gasket seal fails.

The flexible gasket is much thinner than my original one. When using the press, the seal often fails, hot coffee spurts through the plunger hole and the grounds escape into the coffee. My morning starts with burns and chunky coffee.

Not close to original. Really bad seal.

I believe I had more grounds on top of the screen than below. Side silicone seal is so bad plunger almost drops on its own. Very disappointed.

Clearly counterfeit

Black plastic part has multiple imperfections, including irregularities and abrasions. Silicone edge is too floppy - will not hold the coffee grounds back. This is clearly substandard to the original cross plate that came with my French press.

ボタムのフレンチプレスのパーツが見つかって良かった。

かれこれ15年ほど毎日毎日使っていて、最近ゴムパッキンが写真(右の方)のように切れてきたので本体の購入を考えていたところ、以前探した時は見つからなかったパーツが目に入り喜んで購入しました。サイズは合っていて取り付けも問題なく出来るのも確認しました。周りのパッキンとパーツがもともとのものより華奢に出来ているような気がします。今本体を購入するとパッキンがこの仕様になっているのかもしれませんが長持ちするのは15年前に購入した時の方のように思えます。まだ使っていないのでどのくらい持ってくれるかわかりませんが15年は耐久年数ありすぎだと思うのでこの価格なら数年持ってくれたら良いです。

上手くはまらない

シリコンリング付きクロスプレートを購入（2度目）。蓋に通す棒状のパーツに、もう一つの1cm程度の小さなパーツとともにくるくると回して装着するのですが、本来なら小さなパーツとぴったり噛み合うはずなのに、上手くぴったりハマりません。実際に使うのにはさほど不都合は無いのですが、毎回つけ外しがしずらく、イラっとさせられます。正規品なのに残念です。本体購入時に付いていたパーツも、前回購入したパーツも問題なかったので製品の個体差なんでしょうけど、どんな検品をしているのやら。
