Great Lake Product

This is very comfortable and cheap. You get what you pay for but the idea is great. I'm 250# and it has trouble holding me up. Use the larger noodle and strap a second one to it.. If you strap the second one on correctly you can stop the shifting problem that some are having. Using a support strap under the mesh also stops the tearing problem some have. I know that one questions why not just buy a different design - the fact is that including my changes you still have less than $25 in it.

Works great. No storage space needed.

I love that they are easily removable for storage or to use the noodle for something else. You need to make sure you buy the thicker noodle, as they work way better with those. We used them on the lake and loved them, however, by the end of the the first day one was ripped.

Didn't meet our expectations

I thought that this was going to be just the thing to take with us to Cuba but it is not meant for adults, even though we bought the 'boss' noodle! We felt it just didn't meet our expectations. We met several other couples who had the exact same noodle chair & everyone agreed it was for children not adults. So we brought it back home & will let our grandchildren use it in the pool this summer.

Front straps do NOT fit 3.5" noodle, only 2.75" - I'm not happy!

I've had these before, and they hold up about 2-years of regular use in the pool. They work great with the larger noodles, but I am disappointed with these, as the front straps are not elastic, nor do they fit over the larger noodles (they barely will fit the 2.75" ones!). I purchased these to fit the larger 3.5" noodles, and I'm disappointed that I will not be able to enjoy the rigid-function of two strap on each side to maintain the shape and support. Since these will not work properly with larger noodles, I will be forced to use the smaller ones (which I don't have any full-length ones at the moment), or I'll just have to use them as-is and wait for the elastic to stretch out, rendering the chairs useless :(

Falls apart and NO NOODLE

Despite being included in the product photo and no disclaimer indicating that the noodle is not included, it's not. OK, moving on from that, we took this fun little chair to the pool on our vacation. The front straps tend to want to fall off the smaller noodles but it did make a very comfortable chair for floating around in the pool. However by about day six seams were stretching open and one strap on one side broke off. The chair was still usable but it's life expectancy is now very limited. I don't expect much from a $15 item but I did expect more than a few hours use before it started to fall apart. And considering this device is used with a noodle in water, a users weight does not effect the durability of the product, all stress is only caused by the buoyancy of the noodle.

Good concept

Works okay. The 3.5 inch noodle would not fit in the two end loops, so we put the 2.75 size noodles in it. I plan to add two larger loops for the 3.5 noodle size since we feel we would like the extra floatation. The chairs did keep us upright in the water (we purchased two). So far we have only used them once for about an hour.

Potential drowning hazard .Very dangerous for children

It does not even deserve one star. Should be removed from market. Had to give it one to submit review. We used this for awhile without issue but then my four year old granddaughter got in it and while adjusting her position she tipped over and in doing so tangled her foot in the mesh. This resulted in her feet being elevated by the foam tube forcing her face into the water as she is not yet a strong swimmer. I was with her in the pool and was able to get her to the steps. It took awhile to untangle her foot from the mesh. We immediately put the whole thing in the garbage, VERY UNSAFE. BEWARE.

Product received was in great condition and what was expected.

I got this product because I could get it quickly in July just before vacation. Other similar products had a long wait time. Also, it is mesh and some others stated plastic. You really need to read the full product descriptions to ensure you are getting what you expect. I went over the entire product for flaws, or faults in its construction. Everything was very well done. I would have given 5 stars but for what it is I found it a touch pricey.
