Do not use 4.5" x 5.5" paper

Just FYI that one reviewer said to get 4.5" x 5.5" paper -- this does NOT fit the sanding block.

Local hardware and Big Box home goods stores did not stock a sanding block - hard to believe. This one works satisfactorily.

Cheap and easy to use. Works great for hand projects.

Easy to load a sheet - not sure why people complain about, you just push and slide. Holds the paper securely - once you load it, you push the nails into the paper so it doesn't move. People complain that it's rubber - well... it's what you bought. It's buying a car a complaining it's a car. It's a simple tool and works great for what's intended. Unless you intent is to hand sand your deck, then this is NOT the correct tool to purchase.

Good but needs a little work to make it better.

Great little sanding block for the money, The only issue I found with it, is it has holes in bottom of it and they all had quite bad flash which just needs trimming off 1 minute with a Stanley blade to cut the flash off and the sanding sheet sites perfectly flat now.

Well made and excellent for wet sanding using sanding mesh. The holes in the block make it easy to rinse clear any clogged material

Das optimale Stück Schleifpapier für den Schleifklotz hätte die Maße 65 x 185 mm. Das gibt es - so - nicht. Am nächsten kommt dem Endlospapier im Format 65 x 410 mm, das man einfach in zwei Stücke aufteilen könnte (205 mm Länge passen auch in den Schleifklotz). Das Problem dabei: Endlospapier ist für den Maschineneinsatz gedacht, dementsprechend robuster und um den Faktor drei bis vier teurer. Schneidet man sich Papier von der Standardrolle (95 mm breit) zurecht, ist das A) aufwändig und fummelig und B) bleibt nicht unerheblicher Verschnitt übrig. Ob man mit dem gesamten Verschnitt, der sich da im Laufe der Zeit ansammelt, anderweitig etwas anfangen kann, ist fraglich. Da auch die Suche auf amazon.com nach Schleifpapier in der Breite 2 5/8 Zoll kein Ergebnis ergab, stellt sich mir die Frage, welches Genie diesen Schleifklotz für welchen Markt entwickelt hat? Ansonsten liegt der Klotz gut in der Hand und es lässt sich angenehm damit arbeiten. Einen echten Mehrwert zum altgedienten Korkklotz sehe ich allerdings nicht.

complicato inserire e togliere la carta abrasiva

Per quel prezzo, se fosse più semplice inserire la carta, sarebbe eccezionale. Visto il sistema, si percepisce la sensazione che potrebbe rompersi da un momento all'altro. Inoltre risulta complicato inserire la carte ben tesa. In pratica un oggetto quasi inutile

piuttosto usate le mani

il prodotto graffia tanto negli angoli e poco in centro. la pressione è tutta negli angoli e quindi si riga pesantemente la carrozzeria. se non volete spendere per qualcosa di buono piuttosto usate le mani
