Disappointed! For the price I paid and it being recommended by my stylist
So disappointed! Bought this item a little over two years ago and it overheated and melted parts of the straightener, hasn’t been used a lot. Loved the ability to straighten, just didn’t hold up well for the money

Easy to use and actually makes hair shiny!
My hair stylist recommended this flat iron and I thought it was really expensive. I have found it to be easy to use since the handle is fully insulated, so no burning of your hands or scalp. My hair is actually shinier after using this iron. I am not very good at flatironing, but my results are great.

Not great long term
This was such an amazing flat iron when I first bought it in sept 2021, but now it does not get as hot as it used to. :/

I paid for perms for years for my wife. Now for straightening. It seems to work, no smoking hair smell.

Not quite the one pass that it advertises, but the plates don’t get caught in my hair. Overall a great product. Worth the extra cost.

Heats up quick! You have to use right away this is not one you leave on and come to in half an hour; which with three kids is super safe. Smooth finish and easy to maneuver. Recommended by my hairdresser who understands curly hair problems. Love it!
