Very clear glass and fast laser range readings
I’m very impressed with the build quality of Sig optics. The binoculars are very clear and fast. The included chest harness is good quality as well.

I would like to Edit my initial review of the binocular/ range finder
My initial review this product was very negative. Based on the knowledge and product feed back on hand. Because the overall image was hazy and not clear. Well the other day I went outside to used the range finder and accidently dropped the unit onto my driveway. Fortunately for me they were still in the case when I dropped them. When I took them out of the case to examine them I noticed that there is a large focus knob in the center front of this unit. When I first received the unit this knob was frozen and would not turn? I did try my best to turn it but it would not budge. Apparently the fall jarred whatever was keeping this knob from turning, lose. When I sighted through the binoculars and was able to focus using the knob the overall picture was remarkably clear. Yes much sharper and clearer than my Tasco off shore 36. Are they 0ver 10 times clearer, because they are over 10 more in the cost ? I have to say No. But reviews are subjective to whoever writes them. Even though this makes me look foolish I did not want to lead anyone astray because of the product. So I had to change my Review. I still stand behind my comment in my initial review that: “Another very annoying quality the sig KILO has is that they do not open wide enough to actually fit my face. It's like looking through opera glasses from the 18th century. I can't even imagine what it would feel like glassing for hours with these thing” I still believe Sig is a status brand and their products are overpriced by the manufacturer Also the instruction included by Sig with the packaging is not very clear. It could be better. I hope this clarifies and may help anyone considering this purchase.

Great value
I have had these for about 4 months now. The image is very clear. (Far better then expected) To the range finder. I have hand them next to Swarovski and Leica range finding binoculars and they are dead accurate compared to two. I’ve ranged elk in the 800s with ease.

Great binos, well made
You can tell these binos are nice when you pick them up. They feel the good kind of heavy like they are very well made and a quality piece of gear. The glass is excellent to me and seems to range anything I point them at and it is very fast. You can easily switch between yards and meters. Comes with a case/harness and a CR-2 battery. The sig logo by the objective lens unscrews and the vortex binocular mount works perfectly for mounting on a tripod. Played around with the BDX a little and using the app you can load in a gun profile and it will give you the solution in mils or MOA whichever you choose out to 800 yards (Internal Applied Ballistics). You can also link external devices such as a kestrel with "link" if it's AB. Overall so far very happy, so buy with confidence. Hoping Sig comes out with an update that allows the BDX system to be compatible with the kestrel Hornady 4DOF software.

Great Buy
These are a great and sturdy unit. The 3000BDX connect to my smart phone and is fairly simple to use. The only con that I found was that there was no protective lens caps and the case it comes with is partially open in the back. I personally don’t like the harness. I’m a big guy, and the harness is very small. It would be nice to have an option in case and a simple shoulder strap or neck strap.

Nice clear optics, rangefinding works great.
Paired with a Sierra BDX Scope on a 338 Win Mag, entered ballistic profile in app, uploaded to binos, ranged a 12" rock at 565 yards, bingo. System performs as advertised. Can load ballistics for non BDX rifle/ scope combinations also and get instant holdover in inches, Mil or MOA solutions for those as well. App works well, stores multiple profiles easily uploaded to binos. Customer service excellent.
