All Velcro
It's all velcro, the whole belt. There is no buckle or any clasp. I would go with a better belt. A more solid foundation to attach your gear.

Ok Belt
My major complaint with this is that the velcro area is not long enough. There's only a small section to secure together. Keep that in mind when ordering. If the belt is not under any pressure it will hold ok, but if you're a bigger person, I would buy something else with a large amount of fastening velcro

Ditched the belt keepers
My duty belt is a Bianchi and has loop Velcro n the inside. I wore belt keepers for years before trying out the inner hook Velcro belt. Keeps the duty belt in place well and saves time. I’d add a little Velcro to the various pieces of gear on the belt to ensure continuous coverage since the various belt components can cover a lot of the Velcro on the duty belt.

purchased both small and medium for 33-34" waist
I'm a 33-34 waist for jeans, dress pants, cargo, etc. I bought both as I am in-between sizes. The medium is too long when I secure the velcro loop. It was long enough that I needed to tuck in the extra slack into the next belt loop of my BDU. With the small, I am able to attach the velcro loop of 3" surface total. If there was an "in-between" size, that would be ideal. But I decided to keep the small and see it as a reason to lose weight. I haven't tried it out in the field or running with a duty belt. However, I've had experience with velcro inner belts most of my career and I see this will be just fine for at least 1 year.

Comfortable
I bought this to accompany my duty belt and replace the nylon 511 belt I was wearing. It made no sense to me to wear two belts with belt buckles. Makes for a dangerous situation if you were to get hit there. Latches to my Bianchi duty belt with no issues and I barely notice it’s there.

If it gets wet might as well buy another
It works I’m sure there is better belts for law enforcement but when it gets soaked it’s no long strong anymore it weakens the belt horribly

Sturdy inner belt
Sturdy and rugged. Would be a good replacement for Duty Belt setup (inner belt). Should last a wile, would recommend.

No more hip pain.
This works so well with a bianchi outer belt and since using this instead of a leather belt has reduced all back and hip pain. My equipment all stays in place and the velcro keeps it all in one place. Highly recommended.
