Non slip grip

Purchased these to replace a 50 year old EKCO brand of tongs. Used them for baby bottles and other items. Finally wore them out. These tongs are longer and they take some time to get used to. Seem sturdy and built to last. Time will tell. let you know in 50 years.

They rusted

Longer than the original Ekco brand but just like it's predecessor the grip part rusted.

Pretty easy to use.

My favorite tongs are the Ekco brand that I cannot locate. They are 8" and this one is a little bigger. This is pretty comfortable to use and not too large like some others I have tried. So I'm pretty satisfied.

Pretty good, just what I wanted.

I needed replacement tongs for folding tortillas in hot oil to make taco shells. There aren't many options for angled tongs like this, but these are pretty much just what I wanted. If you haven't tried angled tongs, they're better than straight ones for a lot of things. Great purchase!

I have an old one from years ago. This one is very close to being the same. It has slanted tongs which are very hard to find.

That they grab items

I just had to throw away my old ones of 62 years because of rust. I wore the chrome finish off! These are a great replacement.

Like the size and handling

I like this size because you can be more specific when picking up something, very easy to clean and handle. I do wash it by hand, though it is dishwasher safe.

I can't think what you could dislike about a set of tongs. These great, a good length.

Not the item ordered

I've ordered the 8 inches angle tong and received the 10 inches tong. It's very stiff and I don't like it at all. I would like to get a refund but I have to pay $7.19 shipping fee. I'm a prime member and shouldn't have to pay such an amount for the return (shipping).
