Classic, minimalist, efficient dish drainer
When I want to make the kitchen island look minimal, it means I don’t want anything sitting on it. I got this in white to match my quartz counters. It folds and can be stashed easily when not in use. It holds a lot of dishes that need to be hand washed. The only challenge is that the dimensions for this has made finding a mat to keep under it, but will also cover the footprint of the entire drainer a challenge. Most end up barely too small so one side hangs over the mat a bit, or the mats are twice the width. Good product though!

This is durable and serviceable rack.
We use it every day since we have no dishwasher. It easy to stack dishes into it after you learn to use it.

What I wanted
I like this because it's not bulky, I can easily fold it and put it away when we have company over and don't want our kitchen looking cluttered. Can't put a lot on it, limited space so my husband hates it. I wish it came with the utensils attachment.

I wonder if they have changed manufacturers? Disappointed…
I’ve used this rack for years and it is perfectly suited to the way I do dishes and the space I have. Eventually the coating cracks and it chips and rusts but only after a good long use, so I just ordered another one when needed. I think I’m on my 3rd or 4th one now. Anyhow, my most recent one broke when my husband leaned on it so I can’t blame the product for not standing up to that abuse and I ordered yet another. This latest purchase seems to be a new animal. It arrived bent and with a cracked coating, so it wouldn’t engage properly, sit flat or even look right. The box had obviously been opened and re-taped, so it’s hard to know whether this is a manufacturing defect or damaged in transit. It looked as if there was some of each. Well I went to returns and for some reason, even though both the product and the box were damaged it would only let me replace it with an item different from the damaged one and then went on to quiz me as to why I didn’t like the one I got, as if damage isn’t a good enough reason. I solved the problem by ordering the same thing, but in black. Well the black one arrived in pretty good condition but one of the “flanges”, the things that stick out on one side, was twisted, exactly the same as the white one I returned. I’m mentioning the colors because I don’t know if black and white are supposed to be the same, though I know the black one costs less but they are represented as if the only difference is the color. I decided the twisted flange wasn’t enough to cause me to fool around with this further; sometimes I just need it done and to move on. However, as I use this black one I think there are subtle differences in the exact size and shape, it just doesn’t function the same as the white ones I’ve used for so many years. It seems as if the coating is slippery and as I stack dishes they just slip out of place. I used to line up little bowls all across the bottom rack, now they just slip out. Up on top, bowls that used to sit securely now slide out of place. The whole thing just generally feels more flimsy than my old ones. And yes, it is supposed to be the same as the old one since I get the message “you have purchased this item X times” when I open the listing. So, bottom line, I’m really don’t know if the white one and the black one are coated with different materials, or if perhaps they have changed manufacturers with the new one producing an inferior product, or maybe something else. But I do know I’m not 100% satisfied with the new black drainer, though as I said, it’s just not worth fooling with further. After over 20 years of using this type of drainer I guess I will be looking for something new next time.

so far so good
I wanted to replace an identical rack that's served me well for the last 10 years - but for the progression of rust under the vinyl. I was alarmed at the poor reviews for this and the two similar versions sold and reviewed on amazon. I always start looking at the lowest reviews and check to see if they are recent, or indications of an older problem that's been solved. The many reviews about ill-fitting racks and collapsing racks alarmed me. Looking at the reviews, this rack had it's share of one-star reviews too, which gave me real pause. After going through the most recent reviews chronologically they too were mixed - but included trouble free five-stars to I decided to take a chance. Received this rack when expected, packed in a large enough amazon box that there was no damage or evidence of damage during shipping. I set it up, prepared to have to use small zip ties to try to steady it, or bend the rack to fit right, and was pleasantly surprised when it snapped into place, held firm and took my dishes without even a hint that it would collapse. Even loading the drying loops with coffee mugs did not lead to any tipping - as some had experienced. The only surprise was that the new rack and the new cutlery box were so smooth (and had such little friction to hold the cutlery box in place) that when I put some cutlery in one end of the box is rebalanced with the weighted end lower than the empty end. Never experienced that before. I used some pliers to crimp the box hooks a little tighter and every thins seems stable. So with great (short-term) relief this has been a functional nearly identical replacement for my old rusty rack. I've had no problems with it so far, and will update if things change. Based on my short experience so far. I'd rate this as a 5-star replacement except for the slipping of the box and the need for a little very minor tweaking that was easy but unexpected. I was surprised how hard it was to find this model of drain rack so I'm pleased wiht my purchase and - so far- would buy it again. So far, so good.

Works well
I had to get used to it as it folds differently than my old rack. It looks good and does the job. I’d recommend.

Looks good, not practical for my needs.
Love the idea of this dish rack as I have a space issue but design needs to be tweeked. The little notch that holds the rack open needs to be larger or able to lock in place, the way it is now easily colapses if bumped. My dinner plates don't fit securely and feel they could easily fall over. Where you can hang cups interferes with the placement of plates so only a small number of dishes can be done at one time. The material it is made from is sturdy and it looks nice just not as practical as I had hoped. Could use an attachment that holds cutlery.

Sturdy, long-lasting, and great for small kitchens
Very sturdy and easy to use. I’ve had this thing for months; we use it every night when doing the dishes before bed, and we fold it up and put it away every morning when we clear the dishes. It’s held up and it doesn’t seem to mind the repeated folding and unfolding at all. Great solution for tiny kitchens where you don’t want to dedicate a permanent space to a dish drying rack.

Nice Looking
Love the rack but glasses slip off the holder. Other than this, it works well.

What you'd expect!
I love it! It's exactly what you expect it to work and look like! It's as is and sturdy, stainless, what else could you ask for?
