Solid construction, tough fitting
I have an 89 YJ Wrangler but with a full cage (Gen-right) so I ordered the 92-95 year cover so it would fit around a full cage. Turns out that my cage is a bit bigger than the stock YJ one from those years, so the sides of the cover over the rear wheel wells don't clip in all the way. I use a bungee to secure a fit. Some other items of note are that the elastic bands will surely wear out quickly, and the front ones for the hinges don't stay put. Frankly I find them all to be useless, but I have a very non-standard build (e.g. don't have factory rear lights anymore, have LEDs, so those bands don't fit either, etc). However, my Bestop SuperTop that was ~10 years old finally gave up the ghost on the 6 hour trailer ride to Moab and I wanted something less expensive than a new full top and also nicer than a tarp, and this was a great solution. Using a bungee on the grommets near the front keep the cover on nicely and with the spreaders on my custom cage any moisture from rain or snow causing the top to sag in the middle isn't an issue. Now the jeep is always ready to go wheeling topless!

1995 WRANGLER YJ - Used daily for over a year.
I have had mine for over a year now and pull it on and off almost every day. I fold the door cover over the top and roll it back to the tail gate. It has held up and has no rips. The tail light straps stretched out within a month. We get some crazy thunderstorms in central Florida and it has stayed on, Even during Matthew last year. The mirrors on the door get in the way a bit. It takes less then 3 min to pull on and off and fits in the back. The light bar makes the fit look like Frankenstein but other than that I am happy to have it. YJ loves it!
Very snug fit, I mean there’s absolutely no wiggle room but it’s holding up great. It does hold water on an otherwise topless jeep, but I just push it off with a car scrubbing brush and it’s good to go. It’s made of soft top material which is long lasting. I’d suggest doing something like the bikini/safari tops and have adjustable nylon straps on the back corners, though, as my YJ doesn’t have stock tail lights and there’s nothing to attach the elastic to. Just in general, the rear elastic straps will dry rot if they were left wrapped around the tail lights in the elements. Other than that, it works and I love it!

Now This Top Keeps the Weather Out!
This All-Weather Trail Cover from Bestop protects my Wrangler perfectly. I live in an area when I want to keep the soft top off about 8 months out of the year. However, rain still comes and sometimes quickly. I have this cover on right now, and there was a major downpour which lasted for over 2 hours. Not a drop of rain made its way inside. This is exactly what I was looking for. You can get it out and up and secured in about 4 minutes. Also, when its time to take it off, the reverse process is just as easy, and Bestop provides a bag to put the cover in. Now this is what I've always wanted out of a Wrangler.....topless, but with an option to protect it if the rain comes. Well done Bestop. Well worth the money.

Still works well after three years of exposure to the elements.
I've been using this trail cover for over three years now and it has been exposed to the weather ever since I received it. So far there are no rips or tears in the heavy fabric but the elastic loops that hold it down at the back of my Jeep has stretched quite a bit. It does work very well and because of that I can accept the small problems with the elastic and most likely would purchase it again.
