Works Perfectly

Looks like it'll work...
I just recieved this product today. I plan to do some car traveling, and sublet my apartment, so I'm just going to bring all my clothes with me. It's not a lot, about 30 velvet hangers with tshirts and flannels mostly. I installed this rack and gave it some good pulls. I think it'll be plenty sturdy. The construction quality feels good, like a mid-level telescoping paint pole from Lowes. Not fancy or supple, but secure. I do have two concerns about the product: First, I'm concerned about the plastic mounts. Other reviews mentioned the same concern, so I'll update if it ever becomes an issue. Second, I'm concerned with how low the bar hangs. I know we are limited by the design of the car, but this bar hangs uncomfortably low, such that the bottom of shirts will bunch up and wrinkle, and the bar hands right in the middle of my rear view even if not full of clothes. This is something I can learn to deal with, but it isn't ideal. Generally, I'd say this is a fine rod and you can buy it without fear of it sucking. But understand that you're getting a solution to your problem, not a high end car accessory.

Works well
Works well for what I'm using it for - using it in the backseat of my service truck to hang extra uniforms, refrigerant gauges, hardhat, safety harness, etc... very sturdy and keeps me from having to pile the backseat full of stuff. Would recommend and buy again

Plastic end fell off.
I believe I was sent an item someone else returned as it came out of the box, damaged. Returned it.
