High quality multipurpose bar
I bought this bar to use with a universal machine I have in my home gym. The ability to switch between a seated row or a pushdown is very functional. I have tried to use it for curls, and it is completely possible, but it is not a very natural feel. The material is very high quality and would hold up in a gym setting without question. The only problem I have with it is the grips are already starting to slide from their original positions after just a few months of use. They do not slide far, but I am afraid as the adhesive underneath becomes more worn they will begin to slide farther. You can move them back to their original spot fairly easily.

Works but HEAVY
This will sound weird because this is a piece of weight lifting equipment, but the bar is too heavy. It works okay. I find myself thinking ugh, now I have to go over and get that heavy lump again.

Lat bar
The bar has been such a time saver and does a wonderful job working lats. I use it for triceps also - the inside grips slip a little but it is not a big issue. I also use it in place of the curl bar. The bend does not feel quite comfortable but again it is a minor issue. I like the product.

Pulldown / Row Attachment
This attachment is primarily suited for pulldowns and rows. It works great for those if you're looking for a shoulder width handle as an alternative to the narrow pulley handle, offering a bit fuller range of motion and more natural feel.

Awesome
Awesome design and size, as well as weight. Its very beefy and thick. I wish the rubbers on the ends were a bit firmer though, they are a little squishy. The middle rubbers are good. The shape of the bar gives a great stretch to new muscle fibers and the width of the inner handles works amazingly well for curls and triceps pressdowns.
