Exactly what I wanted.

TLDR: Great product for the price. Worth a purchase. I got the red pair, which are 5lbs for each ankle. These are soft and comfortable and exactly what I had expected and wanted when ordering. So far, they are very durable as well, and seem to be built well, so I am not concerned about how they will hold up. If I had to have one complaint, it would be that the Velcro strap can rub a bit against my ankle, leaving a sore red line on my skin unless I readjust them. That being said, I have very small ankles comparative to other people my size/shape, so I think this is a problem more specific to me than for the general public, and is easily relieved.

ANKLE WEIGHTS ADD A NEEDED DIMENSION TO HOME WORKOUTS

I bought these ankle weights to use at home between physical therapy sessions. They are comfortable and adjustable for most ankle sizes, though I would not recommend them for use on wrists. They seem to help in speeding recovery from an accident. I will continue to use them for maintenance.

Great Investment

My mobility is finally restored but I still have issues with my balance here and there, so I purchased these ankle weights after a family friend suggested it would help with my balance, calf strength etc...and they are helping so much! The weights fit great are adjustable and comfortable and the material is very soft on my ankles! I will probably buy some bigger weights from this company as well, overall I am very pleased so far with my workouts, my muscles building back up and improvement with my balance!

Very good product would recommend

I wanted to use this product for basketball and it has helped a lot making my dribbling better. Though it takes a little to get used to I would recommend this product for anyone who is trying to get their handles better in basketball.

Not the best material. Getting lighter as they are being used.

I purchased these ankle weights for post surgery physiotherapy. They are okay to use for the leg exercises given to me for rehab, although they are cheap and not made from the best material. I suggest that you don't leave them on any surface that is precious. As I discovered during use, they are constantly leaking miniscule particles of grit, sand or whatever the medium is used for weight. Thus, it will leave an unseen coating of fine grit on the surface they are resting on, or fall to the floor, mat or bed during workout. This means of course that over a long time of constant use, they will lose weight ever so slowly. It's more the nuisance of having to wipe up grit that should not be there in the first place.

Twisty cloth strap buckle and one of them leaks.

Pros: Good packaging, fast shipping, easy to wear and easy to get off if you position it correctly. Cons: Bought two pairs, and after just a week of usage, one of the pairs has one whose buckle has twisted to the point of no return, and another that has started to leak bits (can't find where it is leaking from, its black and the bits its leaking area also black). The strap buckles are not as sturdy as they look (they lack rigidity and twist if you are not mindful). And If you are not careful, you can twist the strap buckle permanently (not the metal one but the cloth strap buckle) Once the strap buckle has twisted it is a pain to straighten it out, and it keeps twisting. This causes the weight to loosen up soon after you have worn it, requiring you to constantly tighten it. Its annoying, though tolerable for now. A simple design change can avoid this problem. All they have to do is make the cloth strap buckle more rigid, maybe have a plastic or metal grove inserted in it so it maintains its shape, rather than twisting. But the leaking of the other one has gotten me worried. Can't find the hole, and cant fix it if I do find it. Its a small leak, so It will slowly leak away, I guess, unless it gets bigger and bigger. Otherwise a decent product.

Oh wow, 10 lbs!

These are great so far, I bought them for legs training. Very sturdy, velcro holds very well, comfortable around the ankles. I laughed at the 5 pounds but these. Oh!! You can’t really just walk around with them, these are heavy. Perfect for static leg workouts.

These are easy to use, super comfortable you can wear them on your ankles or your wrists I love the fact that they are pink they can get wet, easy to clean.
