I bought this item because I wanted to add something different other than walking 2-3 miles, or doing cardio videos and doing workout videos. I love how sturdy this product is. I have seen some of the other boards that when you stand on the top(center) of the board it dips inward, NOT this board. I have not heard any cracking noises or tripped due to instability or unsturdiness. The added pieces are great for resistance and other exercises with dumbbells. Perfect

This past winter, I had surgery on both of my femurs; one month apart. We drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee with 4 wheel drive. I am only 5'5" and getting into the Jeep after surgery was painfully difficult. I bought this step and it was perfect for the job. It gave me just enough of a help up for me to comfortably get into the passenger side of the car. My husband would then put the step in the back of the Jeep for the next time. One wonderful surprise was that the step was secure even on snow and ice. ????

Worth your coins

I bought this to start my weight loss journey and best purchase...I do a hip hop aerobics class..babby I was scared that it was not going to hold 250lb...but that was not the case..its very sturdy...its a great buy

Adjustable to fit my exercise needs

I have osteoarthritis of the knees. I love the ability to adjust the height of the step since when my knees are bad I cannot climb a standard step without pain. This device has helped me improve the strength in my legs.

Lower bodyweight training works great.

I only got this step blocker for body weight training such as calisthenics. I can work on my calves, by simply doing calves raises, a seated calves raise with weight on my thighs, and donkey calve raises work great to ! I can feel confident on building my calves. I can work upper body anytime, but leg day is never to be skipped !

Very sturdy

Actually bought this to use as a step to get my kid into his crib very sturdy and can be pushed under the crib to keep it out of the way.

I love this thing

I only bought it to help me get into bed. I was so surprised when I received it. It is beautifully made, it is very strong and looks like it could be in a gym if gyms use this kind of thing. It has storage underneath for the extra step things that snap into place. It was much longer than I expected but that was just a plus. I highly recommend.

This is my second purchase of this exact, aerobic step!

Great step for a great price!!! I purchased this exact step in the past. I used the step many times, however it was damaged (not due to it being poor quality) It dropped out of my trunk during winter months and a heavy tool dropped on it, and cracked it. I loved the weight, size, top grip and the fact that is is sturdy, so much, that I purchased the same step again. (the added bonus is that I saved the risers and can make it super tall, for additional excersizes. :)

Sturdy Stepper at very reasonable price

I like that this stepper seems to be sturdy even though it is light weight. It is smaller than I expected, not standard gym size, but good enough for most step exercise classes. Being smaller it takes up less storage space. It was sliding gradually across my laminate floor as I did a class, so I now use with my yoga mat underneath which is working great. Easy to adjust to preferred height. I am happy with my purchase.

Great step!

This step was perfect for my workouts! Super stable and sturdy! It’s not super long so i wouldn’t recommend if you need it for sumo squats if you are super tall but it’s perfect for short people!
