Decent toy
This toy is okay, it’s decently made. It’s cardboard underneath the felt. The fishies stick well but you have to land them just right, they don’t stick on their side. I bought this for my 17 month old and he has no interest in it apart from taking the fishies off. Maybe when he’s older he’ll give it another try.

Awesome indoor fun!!!
My kids and I love this little game! I would totally recommend buying it! The colors are vibrant and the pieces stick perfectly making it easy to play my two year old and five ur old love it and play just fine indoors with it! No hard pieces pretty much safe often for some indoor competition. I only gave it three stars bc it’s not made of study material the inside board of the shark is literally like a thick project poster board and if my kids every got their hands on it it would be destroyed for sure but I keep it hanging on our door and never take it down it you can use it outside as my original intentions were but if you forget it and rain comes or the sun gets too hot on it I don’t not believe it will hold up so I recommend indoor play keep the board outta little ones hands all they need are the pieces to play lol very kool game!

I wanted to like this, and I don’t quite dislike it. We bought it for our son for his birthday, subsequently before a camping trip in which we could enjoy it as a family. First, it didn’t occur to me when I found it (because I mainly just cared that it was supposed to be a frog and I knew I didn’t want the shark. Sorry, doo doo dodoo) that it’s more representative of an alligator than a frog. Because, well, the teeth. Second, it is super flimsy. Like, $7.99 flimsy. Not worth $14.95 and at most I’d pay $9.99, on a good mood Mommy day. Third, it came with a crease in it. Other reviewers seem to think this was damage, but I think it’s from manufacturing. Anyway, you can’t get the durn thing to flatten out. Ragged. Finally, I share the same sentiments about the Velcro only being on one side as other reviewers. Like, why? I’ve bought $3 dart/catch games that have Velcro all the way around it. I try to love Battat/B. Toys because of their cause, but this makes it hard. With that said, I’m gonna keep the thing because my son does like it (because it’s his and that’s the stage we’re in) and it got dog hair on it right out of the box and I’m not going to sit and pick it all off so the return is accepted. So pet owners beware: it attracts the hair! I guess I’ll just cut the teeth off to make myself feel better about the frog/alligator issue.

Cute
Cute little game for the kids. Being stuck inside in these times I was looking for a fun little game for my kids (ages 1, 2 and 4) since they like to throw the ball. They love this game. They think it's fun to throw the little fish into the shark's mouth to feed it. Material is strong and durable for the kids to play with it.

Super cute, may not hold up
Bought this for use in an elementary school setting. I am concerned that this will not hold up to frequent use, but is is cute and the kids at school love it.

Fun little toy to help build fine motor skills.
My granddaughter loves this toy. It has helped her with her fine motor skills of picking up the toys off the floor throwing aiming and the concept of playing the game. Nice and soft. There's no way a child can get hurt with this game. The only things is that the ball does not stick to the Target unless it actually hits the sticky part which is a very small portion of the ball.

Cute. Fun. Good quality. Would be nice to have more flies to throw...
Super cute! The velco on the flies sticks well but is only on the bottom. I think if it was fully covered it would be easier for little hands to hit the target with a light throw. It’s clean and looks like it’s good /durable quality. The material that makes up the frog covers a purple piece of flat coroplast (fluted plastic like cardboard) so the cover could go in the wash if needed, which is cool when you have a toddler. If it was ever bent the coroplast could easily be replaced if you can source it (signage companies etc...). The hanging loop is attached well- it is supported easily by one of those 3M command 3pd hangers that won’t damage the walls. It could’ve been a better price point & would be nice to have a few more flies to throw. but other than that we’re really happy with it. It’s super cute and fun. A nice change from some other physical family games we have.

Really cute and fun. Looks good on the wall. A little cheap but I really like B. Toys. They look nice and it’s fun to toss the fish. Little guy likes to pull the fish off. He’s been playing with it since about 7 months old, 14 months now and he still enjoys it. Likes watching us toss the fish at it. Fish are really cute and good quality, good enough anyhow. He Tugs at them and they haven’t come apart.

Same as the 'Shark' version but brighter colour.
Frog face cover is really cute but the material is just okay; not quite up to the usual Battat brand standards. (It is however phthalates and BPA free) It is removable which is good because the actual board is not wood but a plastic-type display board. We are sure this will last for a while if kept in one spot rather than moved around or tossed into a toy bin. This is a really simple and fun way for little ones to improve their eye-hand coordination. The Velcro type material on the soft balls sticks fairly well to the board and the ribbon 'fins' add to the excitement of the throw and help make it easier for the smallest of hands to get the fish off the board. With the Velcro pulling away from the material it makes the standard scruffy sound and the kids do seem to giggle at that. It did startle the 3 yrs old at first but he soon started to laugh at it as well. We can see it wearing out though because of the way you need to remove the stuck balls with a little tug on the fabric. There hasn’t been much ‘pilling’ yet but it has started. Bright colours, unusual frog shape, light weight, soft throw balls, reasonable durability plus the constant charity donations from the BATTAT company make this a recommendable product. It’s current price is on the high end of Fair Market Value but still within the current range for comparable products. As a side note: The adults had a riot with this after the kids left. :-P It’s fun and practical just not one that can be passed down from generation to generation.
