Great crawler

I have to go to the negative side right away. I received my truck missing a couple of screws right out of the box. I contacted Amazon who directed me to Horizon Hobby. I sent them an email about the issue. A few days later a received a message stating that there was no purchase linked to my email. They asked for further details to help out. I responded that same day with the Amazon order number since that's all I had. A week and a half passed and no further communication from the company. I sent a follow up email two days ago and still no response. Even if this is a good product, poor customer service will destroy the company. It was a simple issue and should have been a simple solution. My rating reflects how I feel about customer service. The vehicle is still usable with the missing screws but they really should have made it right with me. I had considered another brand, which I know has great customer service. I had considered returning it but I have purchased aftermarket accessories for it. The truck does have decent speed in high gear. It seems capable and with the accessories should be more so. If customer service has any questions for me please feel free to reach out. I'm willing to discuss in depth.

Great rock crawler

This is our second axial rock crawler! We love it! This truck runs and steers great. No complaints. I love the blue bronco body.

Buen carrito para hacer crawling

Me gustó mucho el SCX10 Deadbolt, la calidad es mejor de lo que esperaba, aunqué me hubiera gustado que las llantas tuvieran un poco mas de grosor para estabilidad. En general es un excelente carrito!
