Love the idea of self-cleaning
Unpacking: Unpacking was hard when it got down to getting the base of the vacuum out of the box. The packaging around it was wedged into the box tight and I was afraid I was going to break the vacuum trying to get it out, but it finally came free. Assembly: I carefully examined each part of the vacuum to make sure I wasn't leaving anything inside the machine, but what it came down to was simply sticking the handle into the machine. Essentially, no assembly required. Putting in the water and soap: The clean water tank looks small, but holds a lot of water (relatively). The only problem was that to fill the tank, there is a hole in the top about the size of a dime with a rubber cover sealing it, which was not immediately obvious. I had filled a 2-cup measuring cup which has a small spout which I figured I could use to fill the tank, but thought that would be more miss than hit. So I got a tea kettle with a long, curved spout and put the water in it. I still had a lot of misses. Finally I got a funnel and that does the trick. But the worst part was trying to get the soap in. You're supposed to add 2 caps of soap, but the cap is much larger than the hole, so that is also hit-or-miss with some messy misses. Have a roll of paper towels handy. After getting that done, I put the water tank back in the vac and was ready to go. Cleaning the floor: One last check of the manual showed where the power button is and said: "Press and then release the water spray button. Water and cleaner will spray onto the rolling brush." Nothing is said about how often to do that. Is it just once when you start or just when you come across something visibly dirty on the floor? The problem with the latter is that much of the dirt on a hard surface is not all that visible. For years, my wife and I have had a floor-cleaning routine which was (1) vacuum, (2) use a dry Swiffer to get dust, hairs, etc., that the vacuum left behind or couldn't reach, (3) use a wet Swiffer to get the dirt off the tiles which the dry Swiffer couldn't get off. After vacuuming, the floors looked clean, but the dry Swiffer would end up with a lot of "stuff" on it, then the wet Swiffer would also, but only as long as the wet one still had some wetness to it. The point is that I feel like if I don't keep spraying, this WetVac will not have what it takes to take the place of the wet Swiffer, but if I do keep spraying, I'll use up all the water and cleaner before I'm done. So I only sprayed it once in a while, hoping that would be enough to keep the roller at least damp. But when I was done, there was very little water in the dirty water tank, so I guess I could have sprayed as much as I wanted and refilled the clean water tank if it ran out. And while the self-clean is a great idea, it obviously can't clean the inside of the dirty water tank nor the filter inside that tank, so you still have to take out the tank, clean those things, and let them air dry before putting them back. Also, I wasn't sure what to do with the dirty water with the chemical cleaner in it. I didn't want to put it down the kitchen sink or pour chemicals onto the ground, and even pouring it down the toilet didn't seem like a good idea since we are not on city sewage, but since it was such a small amount, I flushed it. The other thing about spraying is that doing so resulted in a wet streak on the floor only a couple of inches wide at most, not the full width of the roller. The vac needs some way to disperse the spray across the full width of the roller so that you don't have to keep going over the wet streak to spread it out. The WetVac handle is well designed. It not only can be lowered almost to the floor for getting under things, but it can rotate separately from the WetVac's head. However, the limitation of any vacuum head compared to a Swiffer is that the Swiffer can get into smaller spaces, so I have to do final touch-ups with the Swiffer. Hopefully, over time I can get it to do a better job, and it is a huge advantage for me (with my bad lower back pain) to be able to do all the floor cleaning steps in one trip, and the high price of the WetVac is at least partially offset by the savings on dry and wet Swiffers. Also, we have used stick-vacs for many years and one rarely lasts more than a year. The last one died after 3 months. This WetVac has a 1-year warranty and the 3-year extension of that was only about $40. So all things considered (including savings to my bad back), the price seems somewhat reasonable. *****Edit***** I still get very little water/soap out by squeezing the trigger, but I stumbled across a better way: I turn off the vac and push the handle upright, then turn it back on and pull the handle back. After doing that, a good bit of water/soap is on the floor with which to clean up stubborn spots.

Not impressed
Vacuum is very heavy and clunky. The floor spray barely gets the roller wet and left two small streaks of water every time I used that feature. It also didn’t suction items around the baseboards. I had to swipe items away from the baseboards to get it to vacuum them up. I am returning mine.

This has little to no suction.
This vacuume only works when wet. It does not work on dry floor. My very first time using it was for dry vacuume. It has terrible suction. I expected better with this price tag!

Get it, you won’t regret it
My daughter got this mop off of Amazon. She knows how clean I like to be so she brought it over to let me try. At first I was skeptical since I’ve never heard of this brand before. But after we cleaned a large area in the dining and kitchen area I was truly impressed. My floors were dirty due to the holidays so after using it for the first time, the water was almost black. We decided to do a second round of cleaning and this time the water was a milky white. I really loved the results I got from using this machine so I decided to get one for myself right away. I love it so much and have been using it often.

cleans well
We have 3 dogs going in and out of the house all day. They drip water after getting a drink and various other dog-related messes. This wet-vac cleans it all! So quick and easy. I use it almost everyday and the self clean feature is one of my favorites. You only have to rinse the dirty water and filter, put it on the dock and it cleans everything else. Super Easy! my floors have never been so clean. It's the best one I've ever used ,loving it. Hope it holds up over time.

Don’t buy is fake
The media could not be loaded. We used this 400 Dollar equipment exactly 2 1/2 month. Maintenance we have done how the instructions show. One day, we pick this up from the charger and no Function, motor defect. For buying this I working hard and lost time with my family. If you like be happy in your life never buying this. No support no solution, nothing.

Handy, effective, cordless, self cleaning!
I have not been disappointed by this vacuum! It is super handy for cleaning up Dry AND Wet messes, which is super handy cause i have small kids who spill, so now I don't have to clean up, and then wash down to avoid sticky spots on the floor. Don't have to use multiple pieces, just pull this one out and it takes care of it all! I am a big fan of the cordless feature, and also the self clean! I love that I don't have to pull the brush out and hand wash that and the brush compartment all the time, just click a button! This is one I don't regret and will get good use out of!

It’s too Heavy????
The vacuum is too heavy and doesn’t clean the carpet as describe. Also, it’s filled quickly. I would say Don’t waste your money.
