This is a great bag!
It weighs just under a pound. The insulation is 1/2 inch thick. I think the usable size is roughly 7" x 18" x 15" high. This is hard to measure exactly without an extra set of hands. I put zipper lubricant (yes, it's a real thing) on the zipper which moves very smoothly now so I don't expect issues. For my needs, if the zipper stops working, it's no big loss. The great thing (for me) is it fits easily on my shoulder and I can steady it with my arm on top of the bag or my hand on the handle. It's not great off the shoulder because I have to elevate my arm to keep it off the ground. I live in the desert. I had been using an Igloo Icecube hard sided cooler for grocery shopping for about 5 years. It has wheels and a telescoping handle. It fits perfectly in my car. It's great but I've stopped using it because of this bag. Granted, the Icecube can hold more stuff but the bag holds enough for me (sometimes/often all of my groceries) and is much more convenient because I take it into the store and they fill it for me. It fits well on my shoulder so I don't miss the wheeled cooler bringing groceries inside from the car. I don't have to muck about moving groceries into and out of the cooler and I don't have to move the cooler into and out of the car. I plan to use the bag for day trips but I would probably add coolers for overnight or longer. The bag had a lot of loose threads that I trimmed off with scissors. Not a big deal. For me, the bag is too tall to put on the counter to take out the groceries. For now I put it on the floor. I may get a small mid-height table for it. Today, I dropped off a decent sized box at UPS which is next to the grocery store. The bag is light and fits well on my shoulder so I could carry it (empty) easily even when I used both arms to carry the box. All my groceries fit in the bag so I dropped off the cart by the store door instead of taking it to my car and returning it. I easily carried my groceries in the bag on my shoulder. Sure, sometimes I will need to use the cart like when I buy a lot of beverages but the bag works well for all my cold stuff. If I had known this bag was going to make my life so much easier, I would have gotten it years ago. I may get another one.

Product is good
Product looks and works well. The only thing to watch for is the way the bottom inside corners are made you have to physically dry under them to make sure moisture isn't trapped

Love This
We use these type of bags all the time so we don’t have to use the disposable bags from stores. Hubs always complained that the patterns weren’t very masculine and I get it. When I saw this I snatched it up. I love it and more importantly hubs loves keeping it in his car. More various shapes and sizes please!

Sturdy Bag
It is a sturdy bag with a large capacity for a lot of food items. I have enjoyed using it so far.

Very useful
Took in all the frozen cakes I had to deliver, about 15kg, with ease. Not a bother carrying as well. Have not used it much yet, cannot say on its durability but so far it took a heavy load and was able to keep the temp on a hot summer day.

Nice while it lasted
Within a year of purchasing this cooler tote, the zipper broke. Disappointed it did not last longer. :(

Great Insulated tote bag
This bag is great for keeping groceries cold or keeping takeout food warm. For the price it is a large size and has a thicker insulation than others I have seen. It is very sturdy for heavy items such as gallons of milk. I have bought one for myself and one as a gift.

Cierre no funciona
La bolsa es bonita y parece fuerte, pero la compré para transportar pescado y en el primer uso el cierre no funcionó. No pude devolverla porque ya tenía el problema encima y la use porque no podía dejar echar a perder varios kilos de pescado. Sería conveniente especificar medidas en el sistema métrico decimal. Para mí resultó grande.

resistente y espaciosa
Es muy buena opción, realmente guarda el frio. La probé estando a la sombra a 38C y el hielo aguantó 12 horas antes de derretirse (una bolsa de 5kg de hielo)

Muy buen producto para transportar cosas con distintas temperaturas y mantenerlas. Se dobla fácilmente para guardarse. Es de muy buen tamaño y funciona muy bien. Tengo ya casi 6 meses usándolo y vale la pena
